I had the same thing- it was round ligament pain. The only thing that helps me is rest, and laying down on my left side(the pain is normally on my right side) with a pillow in between my legs. I'm guessing that is what it is but you should give your doctor a call just to be safe.
Good Luck!

It could be Braxton hicks although it is a bit early to be feeling those. The baby could be lying in a position that may cause you some terrible discomfort. The only way to be sure it's not serious is go see your health care provider asap.
I am 23 weeks pregnant and I have had a few "stitches" ( you know when you run or exert yourself in anyway you get a pain in your side) and all I did was walk to the shop. If that is what it is then it's nothing to worry about but if you feel it is too painful to take then definitely see you Doctor :)

I had that in the beginning of pregnancy, they ended up testing me several times to make sure I didn't have a urinary tract infection or worse. It was round ligament pains, a doctor at Labor and Delivery told me some people buy the support belt and say it works, so I looked on-line for one that looked like it would support and not squish my baby, I bought one at Babies R US for about $20, it worked for me, but it doesn't work for everyone.

".....any ideas whats wrong"
Based on your other questions, the problem is: you do not have access to a library or bookstore that would provide you with a basic guide to pregnancy that'd set your mind at ease about every last little twinge of nothing that you keep asking about here.
Sorry to be harsh, but -- RELAX!! And, read up! Read about pregnancy. Read about birth. Read about basic human biology. It's interesting, and you won't need to fret over every gas bubble.

Could be ligament pain from your uterus growing. It feels kind of like a stitch in your side that feels like if you stand up all the way you will rip in two.

i would say that you are trying to pass a kidney stone but you said that its not toward your kidneys so i don't know that for sure. call the doctor that is on call or maybe call labor and delivery and see what they suggest for you to do.
