I have a 3 year old girl that refuses to potty train. I have tried everything conciveble. She'll have a good day when she will go potty everytime on the potty and then the next day she'll refuse. Everyone keeps saying when she's ready she'll do it. PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME HOPE!!!! I am frustrated!!!!!

I've tried giving treats for # 1 and # 2, I've created a potty time song and I've tried to make him feel embarrased by saying, "Peuwwww, man you are stinky" and "Poop is gross!!"

I'm really worried now, for the first time last night I had sex without a condom whilst on the pill. It says in the leaflet to take the pill at the aprox same time every day.
I find this hard to do as i normally forget! But I have never missed a pill and i always take it from between 5pm and 11pm each day.
Is this okay?
Please someone put my mind at rest!!!!!!

i have ten week old triplets and suffered from a bit of baby blues after having them. i just found out today that i am three weeks pregnant. i know doctors recommend to wait three months before getting pregnant again but just like when i became pregnant with our triplets my husband and i weren't not trying to pregnant and were having protected sex.

is it safe to be pregnant this quickly? my midwife said she wasn't too sure?

anyone else had an experience like this?

Okay, im prego with my 1st child. I am about 4months. I plan on trying to breastfeed my child because breastmilk outweighs formula by the millions. All the benifits of breastfeeding or so good and I want to give my baby the chance to recive that, but some girls my age will not breastfeed. When I ask them they look@me like they saw a ghost! THey are not sick or anything where they cant breastfeed. They just wont do it. Its disgusting to them! WHy is that? Let me know because I would only do it just so the baby can get the out of this world nurtirents of breastmilk.

I would like to know which birth control pill would be best for me.

I have Acne and breakout frequently.
I also have severe menstrual cramps.

I'm almost 36 weeks pregnant and will be getting checked internally for dilation of the cervix, etc. at my next appointment (which is next Tues). What or how many cm dilated would I be if I was nearing labor? How does the whole number thing work? This is my first baby and I know the doc will explain but I'm curious since I've been on meds since 26 weeks due to pre-term labor. Thank you in advance for your help.

I have a friend who recently was watching my daughter for a short time. When I returned to pick up my daughter I was told that by my friend that my daughter had a terrible tantrum and in her words, " I came tHIS close to beating her!"
I understand two year olds and tantrums- but quite frankly I found out the tantrum was because my friend took my daughters chair b/c she wanted to sit in it. & My daughter then blew the fit. I completely understand a tantrum over this. (Not that I spoil my daughter, but its a toddler size chair and it IS my daughter and being two- she does not SHARE well especially if not warmed up to the idea/or asked).

I just thought my friends reaction was completely rude and uncalled falled for. I remained quiet said thanks- and left.

I have a nice, quiet house in a small town and my husband makes enough for me to quite working (I don't really want to yet, I only work part-time). I'm kinda young (early 20's). And I think I'd want to wait at least one year, maybe two. My kids are 5 and 9 months.

I have a 2.5 week old baby boy.He never latched on and drinks mosly formula and about 2-4 oz of pumped breast milk a day.He is up and wanting fed every 1-2 hours.A friend told me last night she started giving her son cereal in the formula at 2 months old because she felt he wasn't sattisfied or getting full.Goodness! My breasts have never ever been this sore and swollen. I do not have any signs of menopause. I don;t think there is anyway I could be pregnant. I feel like I could start my period at any moment, but nothing is happening. Whats going on? No stress, no problems, I am healthy.

I just need some opinions, as I am still not sure how to feel about circumcising my son. He is 10 months old now. He was not circumcised to begin with because he was a preemie born 6 weeks early. I am at the point now, should I put him through that? It doesn't seem to bother him at all, and I always make sure his parts are clean. His father is Muslim and says he prefers him to be, but is not pushing it. I am not religious, so I don't have a religious reason to do it. I am just not sure. Your opinions, please? Thanks!

I have a nine week old. I've been back to work since she was six weeks. I was nursing exclusively for the first six weeks and now I've been trying to pump while I'm at work. I still nurse her when I'm at home (mornings, evenings, nights, days off, etc). While at work I try to pump once in the morning, once during lunch, and twice after (I work 9-9). When my baby eats from the bottle she eats about four ounces. When she nurses she seems satisfied. However, when I pump at work I'm only usually able to get about two ounces from both breasts. I'm pumping 10-15 minutes per breast. My breasts pump milk for the first two or three minutes then nothing else comes out except a few drops here and there.

Is this normal? Is my milk supply lowering? I'm worried because I can't keep up with her needs if I can only pump 2 ounces from both breasts when she eats 4 ounces every time she takes the bottle. I use a manual Medela pump that came with the electric pump I rented from the Hospital.

I don't know much about ADHD yet i have to do my research on it. Just this morning i took him to the library for some fun and out of all the 15 kids there he was the ONLY one not paying attention and running around, trying to get out the door, etc etc. this is not the first time its everytime i take him to a fun group. He is just off doing his own thing. I'm in tears right now because it just gets so tiring having to chase him constantly and i don't want to stop taking him but for the first time i even had a mom give me a dirty look today. I just picked him up and left.

My ex-husband came to my daughter's birthday party on Saturday and I noticed that she refused to call him "Dad." We have been divorced since she was 3(she is now 6) and he has been almost non exsitent in her and her brother's life until now. She has no problems calling her step father "Dad" at anytime even in front of her father.
I corrected her several times during the party and tried to get her to call him "Dad" but she still never did.
Should I leave it alone or talk with her more about it?
