I cant honestly tell you which one would be best because everybodys body is different and may act differently towards different pills I am on ortho novum and it has worked fine for me, my cramps are not as intense and they used to be really bad, my face has cleared up some also, but my older sister is taking yasmin and loves that one it all depends on how your body is affected to it when you go to the doctors ask them the same question they might be able to give you a better answer from them checking you out, but good luck with what you try

The pill sounds like it would be best for you. I know that when I started taking the pill it really helped my cramps, doctors will even prescribe a low dose for women who don't necessarily need birth control, but to help with severe cramps. If you are depressed as well, then you should talk to your doctor about maybe starting a low dose anti-depressant and/or seeking some professional help through counseling.

I think you'll really like Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo. It is the only one that is actually listed as an acne medication as well, and it did wonders for my cramps. As for depression, it is a low-dose pill, so it won't cause severe mood swings or dips in your seratonin levels, like the regular dose can. One word of caution- since it's brand-name, it can cost a lot per month, even with insurance. If your GP can prescribe a generic pill that is comparable to Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo, I'd do that. It cost me $50 for a damn pill pack this month!!!

I was on the ortho evra patch and loved it!! You change it every week for 3 weeks so unlike the pill you dont have to remember it every day. I also had acne and bad cramps and migraines and the ortho evra patch really helped me out a lot especually with my acne.
