Gender dissapointment?
Has anyone dealt w/ gender dissapointment? if so can you tell me your story and how you have dealt w/ it? Or have you been able to not be secretly sad that it wasn't what you had hoped for? Any advice?

my baby is 5 months old what can i use to repel mosquitoes that get through the net?wud dettol&baby oil be ok?

i have used odomos but my pedeatric says that it must not be used neither should the mosquito repellent liquidator as it can aggravate cough.the best would be the net, but somehow the mosquitoes find their way through.even though his clothing covers most body parts they haven't spared his face!

My son is tiny?

He'll be 22 mo in a couple days He's 25 pounds and 30 inches tall. I knw he's not freakishly small but he is smaller than any baby I know his age or younger. Who else has a baby his age and how big are they I wanna compare just because.

how do i tell mom?

Im 15 and no, what i did was not the brightest thing at all. But im possibly pregnant now and i dont know how to go about getting a pregnancy test without telling my mom and then next to tell my mom if i am.( 'cuz "mom, Im pregnant" doesnt seem to hit it of in my thoughts).My Bf is in Michigan and my friends are yall off on vacation.My bf thinks its immpossible that im pregnant and i havent told him yet that there is a big possibility.How do i convince him that we NEED protection ??? How do I tell someone not to touch my pregnant belly?

More specifically, how do I tell my father-in-laws girlfriend that it's not ok? I've only just met her on mother's day, and have since only seen her maybe 3 times. She's practically a stranger to me, yet even on our first meeting she had her hands all over my tummy. And now every time she sees me she putting both hands on me and rubbing away like I'm a little buddha or something. It's very frustrating since I don't want to be a total *****, but it's also an invasion of my privacy and makes me very uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

Barking dog next door wakes up baby during naps and at night. Any advice?

We've tried putting a little fan in her room and running it in hopes that the noise might mask the dog barks but it hasn't worked very well. Anyone know of anything else that might help?

My son won't make friends at school. He has only one(a girl). Should i keep pushing him to make more friends?

The only friend he has at school is a little girl that he's known since he was born. He's very shy and won't play with other kids. He cries and dosen't want to stay at school, when she's not there. Do I keep pushing him to play with the other kids and make more friends? Do I leave him at school even though he's crying? I just don't know what to do! If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

my baby has been colic since she was only 4 days old is that normal? what can i do for her i tried everything.

I breastfeed, she poops alot. she burps ok, she dont like to be swaddled, i change her often, I hold her alot, ect... she cries everytime she is awake and not eating? please any suggestions? I got gas drops. isnt she to young to be colic she is now only 11 days old?

The doc said i have small follicles on my ovaries, he checked my tubes with an HSG and did pelvic exams and?

utrasounds, he never said that i have PCOS, I get my period every month, but when they did the blood work to see if I ovulated, it showed that i did not!! My husband was tested and he's fine!! Do u think i have PCOS?? Or Why would i have regular periods but no ovulation?? TTC for 12 months now, I'm 23, and married!

if smacking and marking your children to discipline them is illegal then should?

having childrens ears peirced also constitute child abuse and also be illegal ? i hate to see children, especially babies with their ears peirced, i think its tacky, it hurt them and it consitutes in my book abuse. what do you think ?

Drinking caffeine and carbonated drinks while pregnant....?

I have heard of several people talking about it. What exactly is the harm to the baby? I'm 25 weeks pregnant and i only limit myself to 1 to 2 drinks a day. I'm just curious what it does to the baby.

What do you think of these names?

We don't know what the sex of our baby is yet, but we're talking names already. It took until the day of the birth for us to decide on Molly last time and I don't want to go through that again.

I really like Mia and Oliver the best, but I'm not sure that Oliver goes with David, and we want David as a middle name after both of our fathers.
