Lewis is the more traditional, english spelling, while Luis would be the more exotic, spanish spelling. Depends what kind of feel you're going for.

Depends on the pronunciation you like. I prefer Luis but Lewis is a good name as well.

I prefer the first spelling as well! Lewis is more American sounding. Luis sounds more hispanic, but if you want the one with the accent go with Luis! Good luck and congrats (?)!
