utrasounds, he never said that i have PCOS, I get my period every month, but when they did the blood work to see if I ovulated, it showed that i did not!! My husband was tested and he's fine!! Do u think i have PCOS?? Or Why would i have regular periods but no ovulation?? TTC for 12 months now, I'm 23, and married!

Not sure if you have PCOS, only your doctor can diagnose with that. But if the only thing holding you back is lack of ovulation and small follicles, there is luckily treatment for you!

There are four basic types of medication that are used to induce ovulation. Treatment with these drugs has the potential to result in pregnancy if the woman has good quality eggs remaining in her ovaries, and if other causes of infertility are not present.

1. Clomid or Clomiphene
2. Metformin
3. GnRH Pump
4. Bromocriptine

There are many reasons as to why a women does not ovulate every mth. PCOS is one of them. I have been diagnosed with pcos for 3 yrs now. im on metformin and i still dont ovulate. i have now started trying clomid. i hope it works who knows. anyways just wait and see what the dr says about the no ovulating thing. it could be a number of things. good luck.

I have the same problem have you had any success since, i just started treatment though and have to go for ovary check on period day 3, any thoughts
