Ok let me try to sum this up. My friend leaves her 2 kids w/ a licensed sitter. Her ex who does not financially support his kids has asked to see them like 2 or 3 times. Their arrangement is he will let her know when he wants to see them for a few hrs and he will pick them up from the sitter during the day while she's at wrk. He has no job. She lets the sitter know what time to expect him & the sitter makes him sign in and out of the day care ctr she has. Out of nowhere he shows up, interigates the sitter, threatens to have her licensed taken away & she tells him that she cannot release the kids to him unless pre-authorized by the mom since she is afterall, employed by her..not him cuz he doesnt help pay for babysitting. Yes, he DOES have a legal right to see his kids but I see the sitters point of view. He doesnt care about the kids, he just wants to upset my friend. What can she do, that is still legal, that can stop him from trying to take the kids unannounced? Any advise will do.

How do I tell if my baby has pink eye? I'm calling the doctor in the morning, but she is on maternity leave and I want to hold off on taking her into the temp doc if at all possible. She is 12 months old and this morning woke up with her eye completely covered with hardened green gunk. I had to soften it and get remove it with a wet wash cloth. I remember doing this to myself until I was ten years old, and I did the same to my first daughter until she was two. The difference in this case is that her eye is itchy and very red. The white of the eye itself is slightly pink and bloodshot and the eyelid is very red. I've never seen this before. Is this pink eye, or a basic eye infection? Pink eye is pretty contageous and I will take her to the ER if it sounds like pink eye and not just an infection.

my son in 13 and goes to an elementery school he is in 6 grade. we have been haveing trouble with the bus driver writing him up for no reason. well to day the bus driver said he stood up on the bus and yelled pu$$y , and wrote him up. the boys that he was supposed to be calling this to was called in the office. the principal asked them if he said it they said no! the principal yelled at them till cried then they said yes he said it but my son still denied it so the frustrated principal grabbed the chair as my son sat in it and lifted him up and slammed it back down hard throwing my son and hitting his head ... i went to the boys house and spoke to them and there story is the same as my son .. how do i handle this situation and is it right . he wants my son to confess to something he DIDNOT do ! i have 7 witnesses that my son did not say it and 3 witnesses that the principal did in fact throw my son . he came home hurting so i took him to the ER and they said he was a little bruised

Hi, I recently just broke up with my jerk of a bf, We have a 3 month old son together. What do you think some of the guidelines should be for a visitation between my son and his father.

There will be NO over nights stays until he is at least 2... and I really dont want him left alone with his father too...

and do you think I should make him pay child suport? how much should I ask for?

Thanks... i'm pretty well ticked off at him, and I'd be ok with my son never seeing his lying, cheating dad again, but I know its best for him to have 2 parents... My judgement is filled with bitterness and anger at his dad right now, but I want to give him a list of guidelines to go by, please help me! ALso there is a chance that his dad may be moving out of state....

Im 38 weeks pregnant with my second child, Im 3centimeters dilated almost 4 but my cervix is only 50% effaced, Im miserable, im having contraction that are regular but there 25 minutes apart and nothing is happening... With my first born i never experinced this i was 2 centimeters dilated for a week then out he came.... Does any one know any ways to help hte cervix thin out besides primrose oil ive tried it with doctors approval and nothing ... any advice will be helpful at this point.

ok well she like came in my room and was yellin at for my crappy grades and ****. the only part i heard though out of her whole yelling thing was that if i didnt get all of the classes im failing up to a C by spring break i cant go where i was gonna go on spring break, she would take my comp out of the room take my tv out of my room take my ipod and take my summer vacation away. then only leave wit me wit a cell fone. i dont even think this is fair. she said that since she is soo smart that i have to be as good as her or better. im not like her in anyway so why is she gonna compare me to her when shes an adult so im not as smart as her anyway. she thinks im failing all my classes well shes such an *** cause im not. do u think she is right to take all of that away if everything is by a C, even though i kno she gives into me after the fiirst day and gives everything back, but still do u think its rite just for her to take all of that away cause im failing a couple classes.

do cheap pumps work the same as 300$ pumps, in terms of how fast it pumps out.? she just told me shes been doing it for about an hour and she only has 1oz of milk??????? is that accurate?

My Lil boy was watching tv and found the movie called maybe the Girld Next Door. When I walked into the room, it was the sex part. He is 8 years old and I didnt no what to say to him so I asked him if he knew what sex was, and he said yeah I heard about it on the bus. I asked him if he wanted me to talk to him about it, or does he want dad. He told me Nahh mom I am ok, my friends will tell me. Has been reading for years, it has become a problem in the last 2-3 years as she doesn't know how to solve situations using common sense. Also won't call people she talks to at school on the weekends and so has no social life. Is slim and pretty, but prefers to read fantasy fiction to just about anything else.

OK. here is my problem that all of your wonderful women can help me with. When i got pregnant i had just gotten down to my dream size because all my life i had been obese and had to deal with the torture of not looking like a model to everyone at school and for some reason people would just hate me because i was fat i mean they didnt even get to know me first i'm a great person. well i had finally gotten down to a size 5 and i got pregnant and now i'm huge and i feel disgusting all the time i feel unattractive like i let myself down and my boyfriend didnt help any by telling me he wants me back to normal in like 4 weeks to 8 weeks my question is will i ever get skinny again or has this totally ruined it for me forever even though i work so hard to stay normal?

Im just wondering approx. how long until my body will start to ovulate again... Ive been on yasmin for almost 3 months, its my 5th day off the pill.. and ive had a light period for 2 days...

Im also taking Cephalexin for my pimples....
Ive heard you can get pregnant straight away... but you should wait 3 months incase of birth defects...

what to do about it ?? its so annoying this dumb chick Carrie at work, who has never even had a baby, is asking me Do u drink water u need to drink more water. about 1/2 hour later i got 2 ppl coming up to me telling me i need to drink water. so she was talking about me. and for one she sees me about 15 minutes out of the day . there is 24 hours in a day so thats plenty of time i could be drinking water that she woudlnt see me so what makes he such a damn know it all and then havin the nerve to go tell otehr ppl that after i already told her i do drink water. u know? do u think she is jealous casue shes in her mid 30s and she might be infertile or somthing? cause she doesnt have any kids yet but she been marreid 10 years and she wants kids?

it could just be me but i hate it. it bugs the hell out of me, and all the mexican women i know do it (i am half white half mexican). i have all ready warned many of then that when my daughter is born they best respect my wishes and not insult my child.
idont know could just be me but i think its rude, and yea when they are babies they wont know what your saying but as they grow then will begin to understand and i would not want my daughter knowing people calling her ugly, or cow, or what ever.

do all mexican women do this?

am i wrong to be offend for the little ones?

sofar i have no kids, but i have thought about it a lot and i have no idea why. i think its kind o odd for a 20 yearold guy to think about these things.

I am 40 weeks and have not dialated at all and my cervix isn't even thinning out. The doctor said the baby's head hasn't even descended into my pelvis yet. I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else and what the outcome was. My doctor said he would induce me in 2 weeks because he wants to wait to see if the baby's head will come down.

Why am I seeing so many questions that should have already been answered? How is it that there are people on here asking questions about sex, and obviously they've had sex, but they still aren't sure how a person can and can't get pregnant? Where are parents, and why aren't they starting sex ed at younger ages? Shouldn't it always be an open topic and up for dicussion at all times? Is this what's really at the core of teen pregnancy? (for those of you asking these questions, this is in no way meant as an insult to you, I just feel that someone should take the initiative to tell you these things so that you don't have to search for the answers with complete strangers, all of whom could give bad advice)

If the 1st day of my last period was the 22nd of January and I had sex around the 1st of February and my period isnt here yet, and I am having signs of pregnancy,
how far along would I be?

My period normally is 32 days from the day of my last period...as of now it is 35 days...So getting a bit worried.

I was thinking about being a babysitter for other people's kids (obviously) but I was wondering if I'm watching several people's kids at once regularly at what point would it become a home daycare? I'm just trying to figure out if I need to get a degree in early childhood, get lienced to be a daycare director or what. I just don't want to get into this and all of a sudden I'm in trouble because I missed something some where. Thanks for your help!

Im pregnant with my second child I have had cramps, bleeding, low protein, low potassium, low iron, This is the only month I had no bleeding there has been some pain though. When I did bleed I went to the er I had a ultrasound there were no problems showing on thew screen. I know every pregnancy is different But gosh I only had morning sickness with my first. Could some of the things my body is going through be because of the fact that I work and I am in college full time everyday. I mean I never stop I am constantly doing something and I never have a break to actually sit down and realize what priorities come first. I really wanted to know about the pain I have been having Ive been told that it is because of my ligaments streching is there anything I can do to relieve it because it is unbearable could it be because my pregnancies are so close, my son was 10 months when I found out I was pregnant and when I found out I was 2 weeks
