Im pregnant with my second child I have had cramps, bleeding, low protein, low potassium, low iron, This is the only month I had no bleeding there has been some pain though. When I did bleed I went to the er I had a ultrasound there were no problems showing on thew screen. I know every pregnancy is different But gosh I only had morning sickness with my first. Could some of the things my body is going through be because of the fact that I work and I am in college full time everyday. I mean I never stop I am constantly doing something and I never have a break to actually sit down and realize what priorities come first. I really wanted to know about the pain I have been having Ive been told that it is because of my ligaments streching is there anything I can do to relieve it because it is unbearable could it be because my pregnancies are so close, my son was 10 months when I found out I was pregnant and when I found out I was 2 weeks

God Love You! Unfortunately like every baby is different so is every pregnancy. My first was a breeze except for bad heartburn. My 2nd was awful. My legs and hips were so sore by the time i had her i could barely stand! I hope you have some support that can help you with your other baby while you get some much needed rest. It sounds like you are trying hard to better yourself but you have to take care of you. Good luck!

My son was 7 1/2 months when we found out we were pregnant again. I definately think it's because you are working yourself too hard. Because the pregnancies are so close your body is having a tough time of it as it is. Let alone pushing it to the max daily.

Do whatever you can to make your life easier. I'd not worry about dinner and make very simple meals. Or, find a health food store that makes healthy meals. Assign hubby dish duty. And, when he gets home have him help out with the younger one - bed time duty works well too.

I've noticed this time around simple tasks like vaccuming and mopping cause me to have even more pain. I imagine if your constantly walking on campus and going up and down steps that only add to it. Take the elevator instead. Also, I have my hubby carry laundry up and down the steps. He's also taken over a lot of the vaccuming for me.

Do you have a boppy pregnancy pillow - the one for your legs? That works really nice at supporting your hips and belly. You can try with a regular pillow but the contour to your belly is what make the boppy effective.

Congrats and Good Luck! Just remember to take it easy and make time for you and the little one inside you.

i had bleeding and pain with 2 of my pregnancies (from about 8 weeks to about 16 weeks) i had an extra lobe on my placenta and my placenta was low lying right on my cervix. this wasn't an easy diagnosis as my ob had never seen anything like it. they kept my placenta and tested it after 2nd baby i had it with. bleeding will cause your iron to be low. maybe you should ask them to look carefully at placenta (which they should do anyway) maybe you can find out what was causing bleeding. TAKE IT EASY! not easy I know as I got pregnant with 2nd son when 1st was 10 months old and I nursed him until he was 15 months old. oh the things we women go through.

The pain is probably the round ligament pain...like you said. I suggest that you take it easy for a little while. Take a relaxing bath...go get a massage or have someone you know give you one. GL.

Your body is telling you to slow down, and take it easy. It sounds like you already know that though. Take care.

WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY FIRST CHILD, SOMETHING SIMILAR HAPPENED WITH ME. THE ONLY EXPLAINATION THAT WAS FINALLY GIVEN TO ME WAS THE FACT THAT I HAD BEEN PREGNANT WITH TWINS AND THAT I LOST ONE. BE CAREFUL. YOU WILL NEED TO SLOW DOWN. THIS MAY NOT BE THE REASON FOR YOUR PROBLEMS BUT TO AVOID MORE COMPLICATIONS, YOU WILL HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS.
