my son in 13 and goes to an elementery school he is in 6 grade. we have been haveing trouble with the bus driver writing him up for no reason. well to day the bus driver said he stood up on the bus and yelled pu$$y , and wrote him up. the boys that he was supposed to be calling this to was called in the office. the principal asked them if he said it they said no! the principal yelled at them till cried then they said yes he said it but my son still denied it so the frustrated principal grabbed the chair as my son sat in it and lifted him up and slammed it back down hard throwing my son and hitting his head ... i went to the boys house and spoke to them and there story is the same as my son .. how do i handle this situation and is it right . he wants my son to confess to something he DIDNOT do ! i have 7 witnesses that my son did not say it and 3 witnesses that the principal did in fact throw my son . he came home hurting so i took him to the ER and they said he was a little bruised

You need to contact the board of education and report the principal and contact the bus company and report the driver. Did you know there's VERY little qualification to be a bus driver?! Some states don't even do a background check. Also if the principal is getting physical like you described, I would file a police report!

This is assault. The first thing you should do is call the police. Then contact the School Board and demand that this principal is not in contact with children while this is being investigated. You don't want him to do this to another child. Be sure to get all the names, addresses and phone numbers of the children that saw the principal assault your son. The police will need this information. You have to protect your son. If you don't do it, who will? Even if he did yell something on the bus, he should never be treated this way! Also, get copies of the medical records from your son going to the ER. This principal has no business being around children. Be strong and assertive. Good Luck!

I agree with the other responders. This was assault. You need to go to the board of education and file a report and also need to seek an attorney. Also find another school for your child even if it means home school. This could be a huge set back for your child in his growth emotionally,psychology,mentally and of course physically. Don't wait for another incident. Take matters into your hands today and file the report and find an attorney and start finding an alternative way for him to get to school even if that means taking him yourself. It is your job to protect your child and do whatever it takes to make sure things like this don't happen again. I'm so sorry you boy is having to go through this. Please take the advise so many of us have already gave to you.

You need to go to the school board. The principal has no right in acting the way he did or in harming any student. His job is at stake if you pursue this
