Is 8 dpo to early to take a HPT and get an accurate answer? i know its a little early but im very anxious, anyone have any experiences and or advice?

okay so i'm only a month preg. but i swear i'm already showing! my pants are starting to get tight. this is my second pregnancy and i didn't show with my son until i was 5 months preg. is it normal to start showing so soon with your second pregnancy?

Well, I guess I've made up my mind that this would be for the better for my son. He is my first baby and I feel like I shouldn't bring him more pain but my husband is circumsized and I feel my son should be too, I see that there are more pro's than con's... so hopefully I'm doing the right thing.

What kind of tips of caring for that area after the procedure? What kind of creams is recommended? What are some tips to soothe him? What type of clothing should i have him wear? Should I change his diaper after he pees to minimize infection? Any other info you'd like to share I'd appreciate it.

if yes how did it happend? anyone use infant respitory monitors to that alarms yo uif baby is not breathing? are they any good. i live in fear everyday, sometimes i'm so tired that i don't hear whats going on with my one and 1/2 month old son. what is the riskiest time for SIDS?

My nipples are tingling, my breast are swollen, I have been feeling alot of nausea throughout the day (just a queazy feeling in my stomach). Last month on Jan 6 my period lasted 1 day and the only time I saw blood was when I wiped.It was light pink in color. I know prior to this I tracked my ovulation dates and had sex during that time. The this month I got my period 3 days late, it lasted about 2days and at the end of my period I say blood that was brownish. I still feel very queazy. I have taken 6 pregnancy test between last month and this month and all are negative. What could be the problem? I have a seven year old daughter and I was in denial when I had her because I was so young, I don't remember how I felt. But this is weird. Can anyone give me an idea?

This afternoon I started bleeding bright red blood and I rushed to the doctor and they did a vaginal ultrasound and they saw the baby and heartbeat. I am still bleeding and he said I am "threantened miscarriage" but now the blood is turning brown and kinda chunky. Has this happened to anyone else?

I at first thought she was teething b/c she'd lay on her somache and bite on the tile on the floor. She eats books, and any paper she gets her hands on, but the other morning I had to move her crib away from the wall b/c I noticed she'd eaten some of the paint off it. I thought it was just a one time thing, but I caught her again today standing at the wall just chowing down. Could it be teething? I've heard it could be calcium deficiency, but she drinks a ton of milk.

I am waiting to see if im pregnant or not .. I ovulated sometime around Feb 9th ... I tested twice (17th & 20th) both negative .. I am going to wait until the weekend to test again (24th) ... I have the symptoms but maybe its all just in my head ...

Sorry to have to write to you - but I do not know what to do and desperately need answers. I am writing this from my parents flat - but they want to kick me out of their place this Friday and I need accomodation badly in Dublin, Ireland. I have even gone to the local community welfare officer but she did not offer me anything at all apart from a homeless shelter no which left me highly depressed and in tears and was I left feeling even more stressed than before as I do not want to put the child at risk since she told me it wasnt recommend.My name is Barbara - am 26, Irish, I have fallen unexpectantly pregnant - I am now 12 wks gone, baby due on Sept 8/9th 2007, I was working in Microsoft - but the 6 month contract expired at the end of Jan. at the same time as my job expired the flat did too.I am pregnant by a man who is not being v supportive - he lives in London - and not helping me out financially. my lower left side of my abdomen hurts while im walking and laying down sometimes...sitting down... whats going on it started this morning,,, im not sure whats wrong..i delivered my first baby at 38 wks and it lasted 5 hours any chance if im already going to be in labor right now...it comes and goes...( the pains) im going to be 36 wks this thursday...I called the doctor and they said it can be the ligaments stretching but all day i dont believe that...thanks any advice please

My fiance is pregnant..about 11 weeks along, and she doesn't want any kind of affection whatsoever. When we first got togeter we were like rabbits, like most couples, and like most couples it slowly declined to once in a while here and there, but now she is pregnant, she doesn't want any hugs or kisses or any cuddling or rubbing, or even hand holding. I feel really distant from her now and we have almost broken up over this, I asked her if it is because she is pregnant and he says she doesn't know. Has anyone else gone through this? Most things I read say to give your pregnant wife/girlfriend more affection than usual, I just want some reassurance that it is her hormones and her changing body that makes her like this and not her losing complete interest in me, but she is so sick and tired she wont give me that reassurance.

Weird kind of question... This is my first pregnancy and I feel him kick /see him kick all the time when i lay down, but when i walk around at work or just walk in general i dont feel anything is it just cause im not stretched out as i am when i lay down. I let my 9 year old daughter go to a sleepover at her best friends house whom I trust alot like she was my own. At around 3 in the morning her mother woke up and found her daughter on top of mine pretending to do things to one another (clothes on), they both admitted to us that this started by askin questions such as " have you ever did it before" and these questions escalated into what was previously metioned earlier...now I can't look my daughter in the eye...cause Im in shock, for now all I told her was that I am very upset and I will talk to her later about this because I don't know how to address it just yet...is this a normal part of growing up, and what could I possibly say to her? sensible answers only...
