here is my story......Exactly a week after my period i had sexual intercores for the first time......we didnt use protection and he says he pulled out before he came......its been 2 weeks and 3days since then and i dont have any of the symptoms how long does it take to know?........and i should be getting my period after valentines day....but cant your period be late when u become sexualy active?

Hello as i posted im currently 10wks pregnant and i have a doc appointment tomorrow and supose to be able to hear the heartbeat. This is my second apppointment my first one was at 6wks. They done all my blood work and checks and said everything was looking good. I had a previous miscarriage befor So im kinda nervouse i never got to hear my first babys heartbeat.
My questions are:
1) How was your experince when you were going to hear the babys heartbeat for the first time ( i want the good and bad).
2) Did you have a previous mc and go on to have a healthy pregnancy.
I been kinda nervouse though im trying not to be. Im finally eating a allot again. and my symptoms are nausea and fatigue.

I am 37.5 weeks pregnant, and I've been experiencing high blood pressure for the past month (with no other signs of pre-eclampsia, or any other conditions). Still, as a precaution, my doctor wants me to induce when I'm 38 weeks. We have scheduled to get the gel put in Wednesday night (14th), and if that doesnt work, the Pitocin the next morning. I am 50% effaced and 1 cm dilated. Still... I was planning on delivering without pain medication, but I've heard SO Many horrible painful stories about Pitocin, and I'm worried I will need an epidural! That being said, I'm willing to try almost ANYTHING to go into labor naturally before Wednesday (I only have 2 days so I need suggestions fast!!!). Everywhere I look online, people say "Oh I was 10 days past my due date, and this worked" but it seems like that could also be coincidence. Does anyone know surefire ways to induce labor 2 weeks early??? Or, does anyone have experience with using Pitocin and NOT needing an epidural??? THANKS GUYS!!!!!

what our chances may be if we had sex on the 31st of January, 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Feb. According to my charting of menstrual cycles I ovulated on the 3rd. My last period was Jan. 19th and my next is due on Fe. 16th. I also took an ovulation test that was positive on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. On the 3rd I was really mucussy. It was clear and a lot throughout the day. We had sex on the days the test was positive and on the ovulation day. I know you can't tell me if I'm pregnant and a test won't tell me yet, but I'm curious what others think my chances are. I'm quite healthy and already have two children.

Ok, I have this friend and her and I have 2 children each who are the same age. Our sons are 5 and our daughters are 8.5 months. I already put my daughter into a convertable car seat and she is still "searching"for the one that she really wants. The thing is our babies are 24-25 pounds (big girls). She still has her daughter in an infant car seat and she is getting ready to buy her convertable car seat. She is going to put her foward facing cause "it is easier on her" I know that the law says they have to be 1 yr AND 20lbs and my daughter IS rear facing in her big girl car seat. She says she doesnt care and that the baby will be fine, but I really care about her kids. Also her son should still be in a booster seat (he just turned 5) and she has had him out of his car seat since the baby was born because she says "2 car seats take up too much space". I have looked up all the laws and regulations online and fowarded them to her and she still doesnt get it. How do I tell her she is wrong

I have to do a survey for extra credit but the question is why do adults tell teenagers oh don't do drugs etc. their child will listen to them? How come when a parent was say, 16, they experimented with drugs and alcohol, yet the child is not allowed to because it is bad? I need as many answers i can get by Tuesday
