The best way of increasing your chances of conception is to monitor and chart your fertility cycle. Checking your BBT tells you if you have ovulated and when you are apt to ovulate in future cycles. Monitoring your cervical fluids and position tell you if your body is ready to ovulate. An ovulation kit, combined with these, can help a bit, but only so much. Lots of times you don't get a reading on them until after you have ovulated or you ovulate faster than their window of time.
Also, if not combined with Fertility Charting, just randomly using an OPK can become extremely expensive. Use it as a back up to charting, it can't hurt, use it alone, it is a waist of money.

I believe it does. With the Ovulation Kit, you will know when your body is close to starting and when you are ovulating.
