I dont think that they can hurt her. My in-laws take tums like it is candy. My 30 mo. old nephew eats them like they are candy too. As far as I know they are fine!

No it is mostly composed of calcium carbonate and corn starch .She should be fine as long as she only had one and isn't chocking on the tablet itself.
