everytime you go and talk to someone, just remind yourself how horrible iss is. talk to your teacher and see if you can have your seat moved away from the people you like to talk to. a buncha my friends had to do that cuz they were failing this one class. now everyone's passing! hooray for happy endings.

PS dont listen to that guy up there, i think his name's LOGIC or something.

It's easy - don't talk or run your mouth. Don't sit next to friends and find something else to focus your attention on - like the lesson.
I never understood kids that act like they have no control over their actions because you do - it's all in your head! Trust me, it's not worth it to have a bad rep with your school teachers/principles. It'd be more worth it for you to focus on your studies and bettering yourself for after school!
Good luck!

OK.... i don't fully understand the question or spelling at all, but i am guessing that you have trouble keeping tings like answers and comments to yourself, and that you will get in trouble with the headmaster for it (?) well if that s the case, talk to your parents about it. try to gain self control and willpower to stop blurting out things. talk to your school counselor for suggestions of why this happens to you.

Salena.. im a senior in high school and i have learned by now that the only way to learn to do that is by finding a motivation.
would you like to graduate? think of it this way.. i know that classes suck! and that having to listen to a teacher instead of talking to your friends...well you know the answer. but think of it this way...if you dont shut up..whast going to happen is you will miss out on school, and will most likely be a looser forever..sorry but thast life..!

Get a hobby of your own, lol, even if you do talk, nobody cares about what you do in your spare time and will quickly loose interest. Or, do as me and my friends do, spend the whole class period writing a note and give it to them when class ends.

hope this helps.

I don't know what you mean, but why not try just LISTENING to what other people are saying? Even if it's boring, they like it when people do that. If you're a "good listener", you may soon find yourself with more friends than you EVER desired!!! (I did!)

This is what I do. I listen to my teachers and do my work. It really works! I haven't talked out of turn in school for 2 weeks.

I have the same problem. What I do, is I keep my mouth shut and stay calm.

Do you cuss or something? Or talk back? Just when you think that you are going to cuss or talk back, tell yourself not to.
