Your birth control pills are not 100% effective from getting pregnant. Some women can still get pregnant while on the pill. I was on it for 6 years and I had unprotected sex. I never got pregnant. You don't have to be worried to much but you need to know that their still is that chance you can. But I doubt it. If you haven't gotten your cycle when it is due again then take a test but you don't ovulate until the 12-18 days of your cycle. Which you have your period then through the 12-18 days is when you can get pregnant. Don't worry about it right now.

Well, if it is a high dosage pill then I don't think you have anything to worry about. Next time, I would use a condom that way you have double protection. Besides, lets say that your pill didn't work. You PROBABLY wouldn't have an egg out yet because it was the last day of your period. I personally don't think you have anything to worry about. So, just go on and try not to think about it and you'll get through it. I hope that helps. Good luck. I'll pray for ya!

There is always a chance of pregnancy no matter what day you have sex, even on the pill or not. The pill is not 100% effective and if you look at the statistics there are plenty of people out there who have gotten pregnant during their period and on the pill. People need to wise up and realize that birth control is not fool proof. EVEN CONDOMS, plus the pill doesn't protect you from std's or aids. You should always use a condom and another source of BC. Its just safer that way!

You wont be pregnant for one you are not ovulating and when you are that would be around 7-10 days after the first day of your last period and as well there would be nothing for an egg to attach to considering all the uterine lining is gone and wont be enough for at least 5 days or more after the last day of your period so you really dont have a shot at being pregnant but maybe for a disease a lot of stds are also blood transmitted so be careful next time you dont always know where the penis has been
REMEMBER YOU WERE ON THE LAST DAY OF YOUR PERIOD THE CHICK WHO SAYS SHE GOT PREGNANT WAS SWITCHING PILLS AND SAID IT WAS THE DAY AFTER HER PERIOD

Hi there - having sex or not having sex will have no effect on your menstrual cycle on its own - only if the sex results in a pregnancy. the chances of having an egg in your f.tubes is very slim, on the last day of your period - if you think about it - your period is flushing away unneeded blood rich lining from your womb that was put down in case of pregnancy - and considering its the last day - your womb will not be the most hospitible of places for a lil egg at this time! I do not think you need to worry hun. xx

Chances are that you didn't get pregnant. However nothing is 100% safe from getting pregnant. Even permant birth contol has failed. So there is always a chance, no matter what time of month or if you were on birth control, ect. I was on the nuva ring when I got pregnant with my daughter, all depends on the mother's body, and how fertile the daddy is. I hope this helps!

Best of Luck!

As long as you are taking your pills correctly, you are 99.7% protected. Also, with you being on the last day of your period, if an egg did release, it would be really hard for it to implant in your uterus since your lining shed. Still there is a slim, VERY slim chance.

You're not pregnant! You did everything right with the pill and the timing of intercourse wouldn't have been a fertile day anyways. It is usually about two weeks before your next expected period that you become fertile. You're safe!!!

My friend decided she wanted a baby she quit the pill for about a week and bam pregnant that quick. My view is if your old enough to bleed your old enough to breed so in your case it's hit and miss not everyone is the same.
