what our chances may be if we had sex on the 31st of January, 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Feb. According to my charting of menstrual cycles I ovulated on the 3rd. My last period was Jan. 19th and my next is due on Fe. 16th. I also took an ovulation test that was positive on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. On the 3rd I was really mucussy. It was clear and a lot throughout the day. We had sex on the days the test was positive and on the ovulation day. I know you can't tell me if I'm pregnant and a test won't tell me yet, but I'm curious what others think my chances are. I'm quite healthy and already have two children.

It is likely, isn't it? All the signs point in that direction. Keep in mind that the male's production of semen goes down over repeated sexual activity in a 24 hour period. In other words, it takes him time to rebuild that sperm count up. If you already had two, you know there are good chances here. On another note, I hope you plan to stop at three - the world is terribly over populated and there are lots of children who have no families - waiting for adoption. Next time around, consider adoption please!

Well it sounds like your timing was right. Are you also charting your temperature? Did it go up around that time. The most fertile times of your cycle are the two days before and the day of ovulation. Sounds like you probably hit all three days.
Though it is recommended that you have intercourse every other day while TTC, it is highly recommended (if he has no issues) to have it once a day on those three days. Sounds good
So, now the TWW. Good luck and test when your next period is due. Hopefully it took this time, but it often takes a couple of tries, so be patient. Sounds like it should happen for you with out any problems.

You actually have a better chance of conceiving if you have sex every other day before and through your ovulation cycle. I would say that you have a good chance though of getting pregnant because you already have a history of fertility and you know enough to research your cycle and things of the like. Good luck!

It's best to have sex around the time you should be ovulating, but I would recommend having sex like every other day or close to it, just because you might not ovulate on the day you think but if you have an ovulation test than I'd just do it when the test says you're ovulating.
