i know i am not going to marry this person, and my brother just passed away reciently, and i really want to name it after my brother. I hate when girls name their babys after the father, and then the father turns out to be a dead beat, and the kid has to grow up with his name. I actually want my last name too, but I wont go that far. Any suggestions?

I have seen online that you can buy clomid online but does it really work is it the same exact stuff your doctor will give you? Also would like to know is it mandatory to have monthly check-ups while taking clomid. I know they have to check to see if the clomid helped out with your ovulation, but what if you did not ovulate while on it? what happens then do they have to do something to you like clean you out or something

You can not tell me they should have kept their legs closed, or that they're stupid or just that they need to live with their mistake. You need to elaborate on your answers.

There are the reasons they are getting an abortion, how do you respond?

Too young.
Too poor.
Too many children already.
Was raped.
Is in an abusive relationship.
Contraceptive failure.
Has abusive parents.
Is childfree.
Doesn't want children right now.
Having a child will interfere with work, school, other responsibilities.

Women has health problems.
In a problematic relationship that isn't abusive.
Doesn't have a support network.

ok i know quite a lot about pregnancy and conception, so i know that this might be a silly question but i want someone elses advice. I just ovulated last week. and for the past few days ive been feeling bloaty and sick to my stomach. no vomitting or anything just feeling bloaty and sick. no fever or other sign of illness. could it be possible to feel pregnant this early? can that happen? weve been ttc for a year and for the past few months weve relaxed a little and tried not to think about it as much. so if anyone has any experience thanks so much.

I quit smoking as soon as I found out I was pregnant but I wonder if the withdrawals I'm experiencing can harm the baby. I have gone from 25 smokes a day to 2-3. The reason for the 2-3 is because when the withdrawals get severe I feel like that must be worse for the baby then having a puff or two off of a smoke. What do you think? I really want to cut it out completely but it's so damned hard!

Before I found out that I was pregnant, I used to smoke marijuana everyday. since I found out I have completly stopped in fear that I have hurt the little life inside me. That's the last thing I would ever want to do to a child. I do not drink so that's not a problem. Do you think I have hurt the baby at all ?

In the past week I've started this new "thing" with my pregnancy. I only had morning sickness up until 9 weeks pregnant (and then just got really tired, lol) but all my nausea went away. BUT >>In the past week, everytime I brush my teeth, my gums bleed and i get really nauseous. I even threw up once. Why is this happening?

so I thought I was pregnant last month..and all of my HPT came back negative so my hubby and I tried again this month. my period is I guess due to start next sunday. I have been really tired..I mean I can sleep 11 hours at night then after 2 hours of being up I take a nap for 2 more hours then sleep all night again. I went to the gyno for a yeast infection that wont go away and I told my doc about my day and a half period I had and she wanted to do a urine pregnancy test on me today and it was negative. I was supposed to ovulate on the 28th so my hubby and I had sex on the 21st,23rd,25,26,28th,29th. then I got this damn yeast infection. if I did get pregnant one of those days...would my urine test have shown up positive today??or was it still too soon?? 0oh and I was on Depo provera for 3 or so years. last shot was exactly a year ago and my doc told me I was healthy and it shouldnt take me too long to concieve and he was right about my period starting.

Ok, here's the situation: I had intercourse for the very first time w/my best male friend last year on Dec 21st, and his condom broke, but he pulled out right away. I was really trippin about it the first couple of weeks, thinking that I may have been pregnant, and he got me to relax, and of course, my cycle came on time. Now it's about 6 weeks later, and i've only had a case of morning nausea twice, along with my appetite picking back up because it left for a little while. But i've gone through this millions of times before, since I was 15. I haven't been trippin about the scare since me and my boy talked about it, but all of the sudden my girl friend thinks that i could be pregnant because of the nausea i've been having..but i've ovulated already, and my next cycle should be very well on its way. Now i could be wrong, but i find it impossible to ovulate while being pregnant. It's ridiculous. And if not, very rare that it happens. What do u think?

I am pregnant and dealing with harrassment and stress at my work from my boss.
Not to long ago behind my back she was planning without my consent to give my position away to another employee who just started there not to long ago. I was totally un aware of this. Then she was basically going to force me to do something that they call Truck which is unloading 900 piece full of merchandise for our store. I went to my Prenatal Dr. she had written me a note to bring to my Manager saying that I cannot lift anything over 15 pounds which most of the items on the truck are way over 15 pounds. Knowing that I gave her the note she wanted me to do truck anyway. I did not end up doing it because the Truck had come early but if it did'nt I would have had no choice. I'm being harrassed called lazy that I'm not doing certain things to her expectations which I totally disagree because I do everything I need to do at the best of my capability. I've had morning sickness and go into work. There was recently a day I called my boss up and told her that I was very sick and would'nt be able to make it she told me bluntly you're going to have to go in because I have a party to go to. So I went in and got sick and to top it all off it was in front of 2 customers I got sick in front of it was not only embarrassing but wrong I had no choice though. When I first got hired on my boss knew I did not drive and my transportation was the community transit bus then she had no problem with it but now it's a different story she says I'm always late this and that. I've been late 3 times and it's only been by 10 minutes but she knew and at first she said it was no problem and it would'nt be a problem. It's causing me emotional stress and I can't deal with it anymore she is constantly nit picking at me and I don't know how to go about dealing with this.

Here is my situation: I am 25 weeks pregnant and live aprox 4 hours away from my immediate family (parents, aunts/uncles, ect...) and aprox 3 and 1/2 hours from my husbands family. My sister in law and brother live 15 minutes away and around x-mas time she aked if she could throw me a baby shower. What made her offer ohhh so appealing is that we wouldn't have to travel a long distance to have a shower AND wouldn't have to worry about how to get our new baby gifts back home (4 hours away).
So my question is: Not many relatives from either side of the families are willing to travel in March to my shower and that is fine, but I have about 25 work friends that I want @ the shower. How many is too many work friends becasue I don't want it to seem we're being greedy by inviting more people for more gifts when that isn't the truth at all. I just know when we got married we had 3 bridal showers and we had to travel all over the state to attend them. I just didn't want to do that again.

At night my son starts crying because he says he's going to miss me when he goes to school the next day. The the next morning right before school he does it again. How can I help him not miss me during school. He's in 2nd grade and hasn't done this since he was in kindergarden. I'm not sure why he's doing it again now.

This really big guy, that is obviously eating brick sized food, is staying with my family and he has taken a major s***. the toilet is really backed up, and flushing wont work. the plunger doesnt work; or well, it works, but it is not working. the problem is getting out of control.,...the water got higher when we tried to flush. its looks like a SCRAY BOWL OF MUD. what can i do.

I'm not looking for what the books say, I'm looking for lots of answers from people so that I can get an idea of what other people have experienced. My daughter is 2 1/2 and sometimes won't take a nap. Other times, she naps for three hours! I know some kids stop before two and others nap well into 5 or 6 years old. How about yours? How old were they? Was it a sudden change (like one day just stopped napping)? Or was it more gradual? Did they switch to a quiet time? Start throwing fits or just stop sleeping? Thanks!
