i was left a third of everything when my grandma died last year because my dad died four years ago so i got his share because i was his only child. my uncle was left in charge of everything. my grandma owned a home out in california. he has'nt even put the house on the market yet and it has been a year in the meanwhile property values have dropped and i am also responsible for a third for all bills that continue coming in while the house still sits. i want to know what my rights are. see, my two uncles are very financially stable unlike me so they are not in no hurry to sell. i want to know what my rights are having a third left to me. should i contact a lawyer?

i am feeling like i don't want to work now i don't need to cause my hubbys money keeps us very well and mine just pays for nursey 2 days a week when i'm here.the only thing is she likes nursery and i feel like it is selfish on my part she goes two days and is 10 months 2 weeks old. I only came back cause of pnd and needed to get out but i don't feel that way anymore.

My doctor said that she would strip my membranes today if I would like and Im kinda nervous because with my first it hurt really bad and didn't do anything for me i ended up having to be induced. but with this one im already 3 centimeters dialated and 50% efaced. so would it work? and will it make things get started?

After this baby is born i want to have my tubes tied or something like that. Do they need to cut you open for that? Like a surgery? Im scared of needles and if i end up with a c-section its probably a perfect time to do the tube tieing, but when you have a c-section do they need to do the needle thing in your back? Im freaked out lol. I have placenta previa and they are talking of a c-section if it doesnt move out of the way within the next 20 weeks. What should i prepare for?

My BF and have been arguing for months about the fact that he lets his 12 year old son watch R rated movies, as long there is no sex or nudity. Endless swearing and graphic violence are common in the movies the kid watches, and the boy does have emotional problems.My parents were strict and I was a bit sheltered as a child, but I think R rated violence is to much for a troubled 12 year old.
