neither is better than the other. when you hold your baby for the first time they are just perfect. newborns are hard no matter their sex. they are worth every moment of lost sleep. they are sweet, precious gifts. having a baby is the hardest and most rewarding thing you will ever do. it is a lot of hard work, but when you see that first little smile or hear their first coo, life just seems better!

I have 3 boys and a girl, all young. I agree with others, a baby is a baby. You should just unconditionally love whatever you have. As for whose easier, you start to see when they're older, many people say girls are harder but so far my 11 mth old daughter is calmer than my boys were. She's very easy going and cuddly. But she can turn on a dime when she reaches 2 and become a terror! That's what happened with my 2nd son. Point? It depends on their personalities, NOT their genders.

Baby care is the same unless you get the boy circumcised and then you have to change the dressings on that for a while.
Plus boys tend to wee up in the air during the changing when a girl doesn't wee much out of an open diaper during a change.
they are both great personality wise.

Somebody else had this same answer...
It doesn't matter if it's a boy or girl, it matters that he/she comes out healthy..
As you get older or start trying to have kids you'll understand why i'm saying this. The dr's drive you crazy with all the tests and stuff..

There will be no easy task to raise a child be that a boy or a girl. Once you had given life to them, you are fully responsible in whatsoever associated to them.
A boy give you strenght and a girl give you love, which one you think is better?

it really doesn't matter as long as they are healthy, however, it all depends how they are raised. I watch a little girl and boy and they are both not too well behaved, my son acts MUCH better than these kids so i don't think it matters boy or girl just how they are raised.

I love both my kids I have one of each. The easiest of the 2 was my girl hands down. I like to hold and rock and my son never liked that , but my daughter loved it. But both were a complete joy

Actually, I don't think boy or girl would determine what's easier. Really it's all about the parenting methods and consistency.

A healthy one! They are people, what kind of personalities do their parents have? That should tell you if they'll be easy or not.
