Yes, for many reasons. Sometimes women do not realize they missed their periods because they are so irregular. In fact with me I could easily miss 2 or 3 months and it be normal. Or they have periods and just don't know. There are other signs, however, these can be mirrored as pms symptoms so easily mistaken as such. Many factors can play in women not knowing they are pregnant. Some don't experience any signs at all. So it is definitly possible. Some may not get huge bellies and just don't notice. I've known a few heavy set women who didn't know until they were 8 months. They just thought they were gaining weight. They had light periods all the way through their pregnancy and didn't have any symptoms except for sore breast. Which if she had periods all the way through she could have just thought they were pms cramps. I don't know how they wouldn't notice when the baby moved though. But, there have been people like that. I feel the quickening at 14 weeks and couldn't imagine not being able to feel the baby actually kick.

It is very possible. If a woman has a very irregular cycle, she may not even know that she is late for her period. Also, some women don't have any pregnancy symptoms at all to indicate that they are pregnant.

It happens all the time. I didn't know I was pregnant right away. I just took a test to "rule it out." Imagine my surprise!
