If you know what you want to receive, go to a site that has that content and look for a field for "free newsletter" or something to that extent... otherwise, try looking on google for "(porno type) mailing lists"...
If you can't get that to work just keep enjoying the stuff that's out there... it's easier this way (especially if you use your mail for other things too...)... I have 5 mailboxes on line for various uses... and I only use one for that.... just make sure you don't get into anything awkward and check that box in front of your friends or family...
