He wets the bed occasionally, besides putting him in Good nite or other training pants, what can I put on the mattress so he doesnt get pee on it?

Should I automatically assume eptopic pregnancy? I have had this pain off and on for a few days. Has anyone had this pain and everything turn out ok? I dont see the Dr. for another 2 weeks. Should I go to the ER?

My daughter is an outgoing and cheerful 8 year old but she has a fear of asking for help from other adults. She dares not seek clarification from her teachers or goes up to buy simple food like an ice cream cone from fast food restaurants.Please advise, thanks !

Okay, personal question kind of. Did any of you have a hard time going to the bathroom?? ( just peeing ) im 30 weeks, and it hurts a lot, not vaginally, but lower belly wise. It hurts to the point that i will make a moaning sound, hold my breathe or grab on to something. It makes me not want to go but obviously i have to!! The pain is in my lower stomache right in the middle. I know i don't have a UTI because i just got tested last week for one, and this has been going on for about a week and a half... any with info?

my baby boy is 15 months and has a really bad temper, I try to clam him and he just throws himself to the ground and screams and tells me no. He hits, bites, and throws stuff at me, I dont know how to disaplin him. Also, he wont sleep alone he wakes up screaming til I get him .. he has to sleep with me and I wanna try to break that.. any ideas> please help he wont listen he thinks everythign is a big game !
also.. he has a big issue with me leaving to go any where even the bathroom! he screams and screams and pounds on the door..... he even freaks if he can see me ... but not touch me ! like if im ou ton the balcony. the babysitter tells me he crys by the door the whole time im gone!

I am SO hurt by this, it brings tears to my eyes just thinking of my little boy being picked on..I don't know why? maybe because he's shy, I got picked on in school when I was young too, and I was so hoping that this wouldnt happen to my kids. look many of u tought it was cruel, and said "give it up for adoption."to those who didnt judge THANK YOU.but look we are overpopulated,and y have it.there are so many other kids in foster homes looking for a home and no one wants them.so y make the child suffer,besides how things are going in this world, the child wil not have a happy life.there is soo much lying,injustice,for those of u that decide to be parents,good for u.but my chice is personal.and its not a for sure thing, i always use protection!!but u never know wat can happen.and if i was to get pregnant,well i know wat i have to do.

my sister-in-law has had really bad stomach pains for the past day and a half. she is 38 weeks preg. she has stomach cramps in her lower abdomen and her stomach is constantly going from soft to hard. at times her stomach takes shape of the baby in the middle of her stomach. she has pains in her lower back that run down her thighs. she went to the doctor today and they said she was fully effaced but not dialated. she has been up for the past 32 hours in pain. what is going on? what can she do. she is so ready for the baby but the doctors don't seem to be any help. the nurse was the one who actually checked to see if she was dialated and at first the nurse said she was but then changed her mind. when they had her on the monitor her contraction rating was going off the paper and they still sent her home. what can she do?

Hey everyone! I'm deciding between two names for my baby daughter. I really liked Kamea at the beginning of my pregnancy. It's Hawaiian and it means "my one and only". It's pronounced "Kah-may-ah", and I'm sure that for her whole life, people would pronounce it "Kah-mee-ah", which I do not want - that's the downfall with that name. The other name is Aurora. It means "goddess of the dawn". It's Walt Disney's "Sleeping Beauty's" first name in the movie, and when I was a child, my Mom would call me Princess Aurora sometimes, which I always thought was special. I also think that Rory would be a very cute nickname for that name. I love both! What do y'all think? Thanks so much for your help!

I am 36weeks with my first a boy. Had a doctor appointment today. My doctor said that he is worried that the baby is getting to big and would like to induce me if i dont go into labor on my own during the next 2 weeks. I will be 38 weeks pregnant then. If i am induce will i have to be in bed during the entire labor? I dont want to end up with a c-section because the baby is big big for me to handle. Is it a good idea to get induced? should i just wait until 40 weeks then get induced if i havent had the baby by then.

I know that i could go into labor anytime and may not even make it to 38 weeks but now i am worried about what i should do if i make it to then?

I'm full term and FINALLY being induced on sunday night but yesturday i started feeling some pains that i have never felt with any of my other children. The high upper part of my belly is feeling numb and painful and it has been coming and going all day. Plus several back pains and lots of presser with every movement i make. Has anyone experienced this before if so what is and what can i do to make it stop. I dont want to call the hospital for this I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this before.

my girl got her period on the 31 of DEC and on the 14 and 15 of Jan we had unprotected sex. She had pain in her ovary on the 17 and she was feeling hot. she had cramps and a Spot of blood. she also released a clear mucus and it's has comedown white too she supposed to get her next period on the 31. She has been getting cramps on and off since the 17. she never felt like this before. i looked up an ovulation calendar and it said she was ovulating on the 17 can she be pregnant? she also been feeling blooded and been acting wired towards me. what % of her being pregnant dose she have ?

I can't go any longer, i need to get this kid out of me! I started out at 94 lbs. and now weigh in at 130 lbs. This kid is way to big for my frame, and my mom had to have surgery because she was my size and had to large of kids. I am 2 weeks away from my due date, and if i go anymore i will break in half. Was only 4 wks max pregnant and my Dr wont see me. She sent me to the ER and they did nothing. I've had 3 kids before but never a miscarriage. She said today over a phone conversation I'm probally ok since I was not very far along.

Need to know if anyone has had a D&C before when they were only a couple of weeks pregnant at the time of misscariage? Want to make sure this Dr. doesn't screw up my body? I passed a bunch of stuff, then it stopped. Sunday I was finally feeling good (this all began last Wensday) so not thinking anything of it I pulled my kids on a sleigh, it probally weighed 100lbs. Came inside and was hemoraging and cramping pretty bad. After 2 hours the bleeding lightened up, so I didn't go in (it was snowing pretty bad).

Monday the bleeding stoped, but today I've been cramping and bleeding again, Is this normal? Is there a chance I need a D&C or will I be ok without one? Sorry for gross details I just cant get any clear answers from my Dr. Thanks

Okay I am not complaining, just concerned. I'm 33 weeks along with a very healthy baby girl. This is my first pregnancy, and I was wondereing if it was normal for my baby to kick so hard it hurts sometimes. During the day she moves all the time but usually just small movements or little kicks, but usually at night or later in the evening she will start kicking really really fast and moving all over the place. I can see her pushing out of my tummy. This dosnt indicate something wrong with her, does it? She's not getting angry or tangled up or something? She usually does this everynight and it goes on for hours. I havent had any problems or concerns from my ob through out any of the pregnancy, so I am assuming that what my baby is doing is normal!
