my sister and cousin just joined a gym i am thinking of joining with them but i might be pregnant if i am i would only be 1 month should i still go and try the one month free or just wait to find out if i am pregnant.

Yes. join the gym. Don't overdo anything!!! women who continue to be physically active tend to have easier pregnancy courses, and easier labor and delivery. Walking is very good for you, minor weight lifting. Aerobic activity is good for you, however, be reasonable about how much! Talk to your family doctor. Also, find out from the gym if you would be able to put your membership on hold (without fees!) if you are pregnant and your doctor recommends that you NOT go to the gym at any point during your pregnancy.

You should really consult your doctor. My told me, if you didn't work out before, this is not the time to start, nothing that is to far out side your usuall activity range. I personally am going to join a prenatal exercise class that is held at my hospital. You might want to check and see if your hospital has anything similar.

I would consult your doctor to make sure you are pregnant. I would also ask him if it is okay. It depends on how healthy you are. As long as you are careful and don't over do it. I would try easy stuff for awhile. You don't want to lose too much weight.
