My cousin had a baby I would be his...what? Do they have a name for that? if they don't have a name already what would you name it?

My cousin who is an adult is called uncle & Auntie by my children. We do it because they liked being called that and it's easier for my kids, rather than calling them a cousin, since their cousin is as old as their parents! Just a personal choice.

If by cousin you are referring to the child of your mom or dad's sibling, then their baby would be your first cousin once removed

My parents called it a "first cousin once removed." Since "removed" apparently means how many generations you are apart, I guess it makes sense.

I think your children and his children would be second cousins.
