Well there's artificial insemination but otherwise sex is about it.

Well it depends if u mean urself personally if so yes that would be a good start. There are other ways as well but I mean the most effective way is to have sex

Not true. You can also have a child through:
* adoption
* invitro fertilization
* sitting on a spermy surface (not likely)
* using a turkey baster full of sperm and semen

to give birth to a child you have to have sex or be artificialy insemetated. Other wise adoption

Normally that would be the thing to do, but there are alternatives like sperm bank or adoption.

#2 go to a doctor and tell him u wana have a baby but u cant even after sex he can make u pregnat automaticly

No. Just have your partners sperm injected in you. It took me 3 years to get pregnant.

unless you want to consider artificial insemination where the Dr's place the sperm inside your wife/partner by a procedure.

no if your man dry humps you close to your vagina and ejaculates his sperm can swim up there if your not having sex because of religous reasons you need to calm down because your getting to close!
