Pregnancy & Parenting - 15 January 2007

I haven't been sick this whole pregnancy, I am 40 weeks with my 2nd, and last night I woke up with vomit in my mouth, then this morning it felt like I had to burp, and when I did I felt a little more vomit there. My stomach feels queasy, not real queasy but I can feel some upsetment. I know I am close to labor because I'm 40 weeks, I'm getting induced sun., but is this a sign labor may start on it's own? How soon for you?

ok so im 14 and my bf came 2 arizona to come see his great unt and then came to see me, so we were in my house in my room with the door shut then we started kissing and then we had sex, i dont know if he used a condom and he wasnt a virgin, i was and i dont know if im pregnant, my life is screwed up enouh(read my old questions) and i dont need u to tell me how stupid i am, and i live with my soppokni and amaafo(gramma and grampa) so if i am pg(didnt get my period , and i was supossed to 3 days ago) and i dont know what they would do to me, i dont know if they make me stay with my parents again, please help !!!

I'm from Singapore and have been looking for a QuickSmart Briefcase stroller but in vain :( I can only see the other model but not the Briefcase model.

It'll be great if there's anyone going to Australia or from australia coming to Singapore can help me purchase the stroller for me. Desperately seeking help.

I generally have a cup of coffee every morning...I'm hoping to be pregnant, but I'm not retesting unitl the 18th. Should I stop drinking it all together or wait until I get a positive pt result? Again, the name is semineurotic b/c I am !!!! :-) Just don't want to mess anything up!

I have previously had 1 miscarriage at 5 weeks.
I called the doctor today and all they want to do is a blood test and then maybe another in a few days. So I wont know if I am loosing the baby until then. Could I request an ultrasound?? What do you think?

I was due to have my period on the 10th, but had some brown discharge from the 9th to the 11th. I took a pregnancy test and the second line was pencil thin but the same color. The next morning I woke up and felt as if something poured out of me, and that day and the next it progressed on to big clots and some bleeding with a lot of cramping, but not extremely heavy. I was told it was a miscarriage but didn't go into the doctor. I took a test today and it still has a pencil thin line of blue. Am I pregnant or not???

Okay i am in my first year of college and a commuter.I choose to go to a 2 yr college instead of a 4 yr (even though i got into 3 colleges that were 4 yrs)so i could figure out what i wanted to do and be with my bf.My parents feel like i made a mistake by doing this but are paying for my college tuition and most of my car insurance(i only pay 12.50 a week that goes toward it).They found out that i was lending money to my bf that was not being paid back.Now they say that they wont be giving me any more free spending money for clothing or help with nessary's?I have always loved modeling and acting wanting to do it for fun or a hobby.They said they have signed me up for barbrazion a school that gives classes for modeling/acting/personal development saying it will be my last gift.Parents seem to want to cut me off finanicially with the exception of college tuition over a bf?Is this fair?

My son had to watch the boy body part movie at school a couple of months ago and he currently has started asking questions about sex. I think that is pretty soon and I am starting to shy away from having to answer. My parents never had the sex talk with me and I ended up pregnant at 16 and having him at 17. I just want to do the right thing but am not sure what that is.

If parents want to protect their kids why dont they adopt the train kids how to protect themselves policy.

Ie teach the kid to be street wise, teach it to fight and fight adults, swim, handle relationships etc.

Why keep a kid innocent ie stupid. Surely streetwise is better?

ie www.kravmaga.co.uk as opposed to judo.

Or is it more about control?

Do you not realise that it can cause incredible damage where the kid will grow up unable to fit in with peers or look after self in uni or cope? or end up stuck with you till 30 maybe 40?

And you cant be there all the time so why not teach it to look after self.

I was supposed to get my period on January 13 and didn't. I would really like to go and relax in the tanning bed (yes, yes, I've read all the warnings, I don't go everyday, maybe 2 a month if that and I know that's still not great) Has anyone read any studies or heard anything about tanning and early pregnancy...I might not even be pregnant! My daughter moved out over a year ago with her boy friend. The car is in my name and she hasnt made a car payment or insurance payment in over 11 months. Neither of them have a job, and live with his mom in the basement. If I take the car back she will not be able to go to collage, (she gets lousy grades) or get a job. Shes 22, and he drives the car.

im recently sexually active and my boyfriend is abit older than me so i usually let him take the lead. i chose not to go on the pill because of possible side effects but my boyfriend dosent like using a condom. Alright, so heres the story.. I was suppose to get my period on Dec. 13th. Its now.. Jan. 15th. I took a test about two weeks after my missed period..actually no i took FIVE tests after my missed period. All 5 of them came up postive.. i made an appt. at my doctor, he did a blood test, the test came back negative. But im very confused because not only did 5 home tests come up positive but my breats are EXTREMLY sore to the touch and i have a few smaller sympoms of pregnany , like back pain and headaches. Today when i was getting in the shower, i had a VERY small amount of milk or some kind of fluid that was a clear/white color. I have a 4 year old and milk came very early when i was preg. with him. I have an apt on thursday to see my doc. But isnt the blood test 100% accurate???? IM SO CONFUSED!!! AM I PREGNANT OR NOT!? HELP!
