I don't think there is any medical evidence to support that. On the contrary China and India are the world's most populated countries and almost everyone is a tea drinker in both the countries.

Tea can be bad only if you take a tea break in the middle of your conceiving moments!!

Some experts say that caffeine is not good for your baby when pregnant so I'm going to presume it's the same for conceiving. However, I think that it is just normal tea which contains high amount of caffeine (almost the same as a coffee) so you could try Twinnings new healthy tea which comes in Apple, mint, etc.

Depends on the tea. Some herbal teas are not good for pregnancies. Do some research online about different teas.

No, but it could be considered rude LOL!
No, tea will have no adverse effects on your ability to conceive, but like coffee, try not to overdo it when you become pregnant.

drinking caffienated tea i would assume is bad because doctors tell you to stay away from caffiene when pregnant, but i would think that a herbal tea with no caffiene like peppermint would be fine.. I drink peppermint tea before bed and its very soothing...

I would have to say no because Tea has some great antioxidants in it which help the body.

I would contact your local doctor just to make sure though.

Take a look at this wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antioxidants
