I'm in the beginning of my 3rd trimester, and this is my 3rd go 'round. The right side of my right thighs is always falling asleep. Have you ever experienced this? do you know what it might mean?

I am a young mom. I am 19 and my daughter will be 6 months this month. I don't want drama in this post but I'm just wondering what you think the pros and cons are to each.

For example
Children of young moms are 3 times more likely to live to 100
Older moms had time to get an adult life without children

I am 20 weeks pregnant today but i was wondering ow wud i knw if all is well with my baby inside me..some times i feel the flutter some days i dont at all which worries me to the core...i did get my ab scan too 2 weeks bk all was fine but not feeling flutter is scaring me .Why does it go off y dont i feel nothing some days...i feel as if i am not pregnant at all..........though i see my belly growing ....can some tell me is all right with me is this how one feels during this trimester?

me personally, i breastfeed with the ocasional bottle supplement, she prefers the boobie milk though. and my doctor has told me to continue this until she's a year old. but me and a friend who has an older 10mo baby where speculating on how old her lil one should be before she takes his bottle away? he drinks out of a sippy cup. i wasn't able to advise her because my lil one is only 6mo and doesn't usually take a bottle. any suggestions out there for my friend?

I was talking to my mom tonight on the phone about what was going on with me about the nausea and stuff and about waking up the other night to almost throw up and how I been getting sick to smells and all that junk. She says to me are you pregnant? I said no I can't be because I had a period and it was kind of heavy and lasted for about 4 or 5 days. She says you need to test. I said why?! I had my period! Well she told me that she had full blown red, clotty periods for 7 days every time she was pregnant for 6 months in every full pregnancy she had, and even in the ones she miscarried later on. Thats why she had no clue in the world she was even pregnant until she started feeling kicks and then would go and in get an ultrasound and see there was a baby. I was kind of shocked. I knew she bled while pregnant but she never gave me details. I kept trying to get pursuide her that I can't be pregnant but she tells me to test, so I am going to just for her. I guess my grandma had the same thing also.

it just started all the sudden-- it felt like a kick would (like a bubble or bump) only it felt like i peed my pants. i go to check and... nothing then (bump) it felt like i peed again but nothing came out. it did that a few times within a few minutes. is that normal? i have no bleeding, no pain, it just kept feeling like i was peeing a little bit (like a dribble) every minute or so (i hope you can understand everything i was trying to say...) thank you

Ok I'm 13 and I go to bed whenever I want. I only have to get enough sleep for school. On the other hand my 13 year old boyfriend is babied by his mom and MUST be in bed with his head on his pillow at 8:30 on school nights. I've been told that most boys his age rebel if babied that way but he doesnt seem to mind and is really attentive to his mother. (Sometimes my mom will joke with me and tell me that she's going to trade me for Jamie lol lol). Sometimes on weekends he stays over my house (he sleeps in my little brother's room on a fulton) and when 8:30 rolls around his eyes are already closing. When he sleeps he sleeps like a log and NOTHING can wake him up. What happens when he turns 18 will he still be going to bed at 8:30 pm?

My 1 year-old son was diagnosed with primary (tuberculosis)complex and he'll be undergoing medication for straight 6 months. I noticed he started losing his appetite for solid foods... any diet suggestions?

My son is one month old. He is currently on his 5th formula in that one month period because he will projectile vomit anywhere from immediately after he's done eating to 2 hours later. He has been on Similac Advance, Enfamil LIPIL w/ Iron, Enfamil w/ Iron, Enfamil A.R., and is currently on Enfamil Gentlease. The current one has made it a little less frequent, but nothing has helped completely. Ped. isn't sure what's going on, and says that we will try something else if it's still happening at his 2 mon. check-up but says that my son isn't gaining weight like he should (one pound since Dec. 10) Could something else be wrong other than it just being the wrong formula? I have tried keeping him up right and still after he eats, not moving him around a whole lot, not laying him on his tummy for tummy time until right before next feeding, pretty much anything I could think of. (He will vomit out of his mouth and nose and it flies about 2 feet out from his body!) Please help me!

i had protected sex oct 7 (condom)...i was about 6 weeks or so late i had alot of preg symptoms so i got a couple store tests which turned up neg... then i went to a clinic an had a urine test done an it was neg... then still no period. i had a blood test done middle of november then a day or so after tht i started but it wasnt like my usual cuz it was lite at first then heavy and it lasted four dys instead of 7 to 8 like normal (this was the 1st period i had since sept 21). so i thought well i gues i aint then but two weeks later i had my period the same way... and i am almost positive tht i have not had a period since tht i can remember... if i was preg i wud b 15 or 16 weeks.. also i have had bad mood swings, bad headaches, and eating alot (weight gain) for past almost two months. i feel like i just been usingthe restroom more here lately than usual. cud this be pregnancy or is somethin else wrong?

I just found out that I am pregnant (w/home pregnancy test). I am still on vacation and will be going home in two days to see my dr. It was not a plan pregnancy. And I consumed alcohol during the past two weeks. I believe I could be about a month and half pregnant. What do you guys think? What should I do?

Just curious...I started my son (exclusively bf) on rice cereal with his doctor's okay. He went from 3-5 bowel movements a day to one every three days. He had terrible gas which woke him up often. I decided to stop the cereal all together and wait for solids until six months when he can eat more of a variety and more fiber rich foods. Is this a common effect of rice cereal on infants?

basically what im asking is do you personally think certain items are "cant live without" and some that you think are so stupid its just a way for someone to make money? give details if you can like what ways you used the item, or why you think its a waste of money...

like with me, I think a bouncy seat is wonderfull since you can put baby down andlet her play in it while you clean, or use it as a "first feeding sesion" chair since i know i couldnt figure out how to get my high chair to recline right.... lol (also it was so much easier to feed my daughter while i sat on the floor, rather than somewhere else, especially since she decided to sneeze evry other bite she took (saved me from washing the slipcovers on our chairs 100 + times....) also it was easy to take with me so that i could feed her somewhere else (like grandmas, and such....

Hey Everyone,
Today I have been having some "period like" cramping off and on all day long and pretty nasueas and tired today.... I am 4 months along.. just got into my 4th month this week.... Is this something normal or should I be concerned....last week we heard the heartbeat and it was perfect but the baby was sitting realllllllllly low... doctor said that was ok to... Maybe im over reacting but just let me know... thanks
