We played this one at a friend's a few weeks ago ...
All pregnant women or new mom's line up in front of a table with blindfolds on. In front of them is a doll, a diaper, wipes, and baby powder. They must the first to wipe the doll, powder it, and diaper it CORRECTLY. If you videotape it, it can be really fun to watch later!!

Sock matching game-buy different baby socks with different patterns and see who can match the most socks the fastest-have a timer.
You can play baby bingo.
Diaper bag memory-put alot of baby items in a diaper bag and see who remembers the most and writes them down in a certain time period.
Ice cube game-put little babies inside ice cubes and freeze them-whoevers ice cube melts the fastest must say "My water broke"and wins.
Nursery rhyme game-do parts of a nursery rhyme and the guest must tell what rhyme it is.
Baby scramble-think of odd baby items,common ones and scramble them
Purse game-who have what items in their purse-picture of a family or baby, pink or blue item, invitation, safety pin and then other items that are usually in purses-wallet,credit card,etc.
Pin game-put safety pins inside of rice and see who gets the most pins out while blindfolded and timed.
Cotton ball game-put alot of cotton balls in a bowl and see who can scoop the most out with a large spoon(like the soup spoons) while blindfolded and timed.
You can buy a baby gift set from Rainbow's or Burlington shaped like a bottle and take the baby items out. Fill the bottle with candy-see who guess the closest to the right amount of pieces in the container and that is the gift they win-a bottle full of candy.
Tissue waist game- let the guest look at the mom as they roll out how many tissues it will take to go around the middle part of her stomach and waist. You should already have how many it takes beforehand.
You can also do who knows the most about the parents.Names, birthdates,favorites,baby expected date,girl or boy, possible baby name,etc.
Sorry that there is so many but I coordinate babyshowers and this is only some of the ones I have played.

This one is fun! Each person at the shower gets 5 cutsie baby stickers placed on her shirt. Any time someone hears a person say the word "BABY" she goes over and takes a sticker off that person's shirt (the one who said baby) Only one person can steal a sticker off of that person per slip of the tonque. At the end of the shower the person with the most stickers wins a prize. Usually it's a jar candle or something like that! I have done this at many showers and it gets the guests going crazy. You don't realize you are even saying the word until someone comes over and grabs the sticker off of you!

Oh i love this one we did it at my baby shower....
Get five new born diapers and put a piece of a diffrent kind of candy in each one and melt it just a bit in the micorowave then smoosh it together and open it up. You have to let the quest smell and look to see if they can NAME THAT CANDY..its cute becuase it looks like baby poop. Remeber to label the dipaers 1-5 and keep a note of whats in each one. It was so fun! People grossed out but in a fun way. Every one had a good laugh.

MY favorite game at mine and other baby showers has always been the bottle game. You get about 4 or 5 ladies who are willing to drink from a baby bottle. Fill it with water, milk whatever. Whoever finishes their bottle first wins. It is soooo funny to watch grown women try this!!!

I went to one that had a game where we had to put cotton balls into a jar while being timed in twenty second or thirty (i forget) increments. We had to use a spoon that was in our mouths. And with our hands we were holding a baby doll. I am not sure what the connotation was (perhaps having to do it all with a baby) but it was so funny to watch. Have fun!

You could do a quickest diaper change on a baby doll.
You could do the potato between the knees walk--of course it is difficult for the pregnant woman to do, but it is fun.
You could also do the feed the hubby baby food one, if it is a co-ed couples baby shower.

It's gross, but a sure winner. Buy some diapers and some of the fun-size candy bars, and put a different one in each diaper. Heat them in the microwave for a little and mush them in a little bit. Everyone will have a blast trying to figure out what kind of candy bar is in each diaper!

candy bars mashed up in diapers---they smell them and guess what is what
baby food in jars they taste and guess which is which
put the ladies in pairs and make them both only use one hand as a team to put a cloth diaper ( pins and all ) on a doll whichever team does it fastest wins
hand out baby pins--cannot say baby during the party--if you do u lose the pin whoever has the pin last wins

buy a bunch of baby items(trail sizes of shampoo, body wash, oil, etc, little toys, bottles, q-tips, bottle brush, pacifier etc) and put it on a tray pass it around the room so everyone can look at it then cover it up and give them 3 min or so to write down as much as they can remember. Then give the items to the mom to be.
