I actually have my list of safe stuff to take--
glycerin suppositories are what they say to use (or milk of mag)
stay away from the enemas they can cause contractions in your belly because there is a tendency to really strain with pooping when using an enema.

I don't know, how much are you showing? If you don't have alot of room and put abunch of water in yoruself, you could squish baby.. I don't know.. good question.. I am eating bran spinkled on everything

It's not recommended because it can cause cramping and contractions. I would try increasing your fiber intake and if that doesn't work try glycerine suppositories.

yes, but suppositories usually work better and are not as uncomfortable.
