I am looking for some places to get some GREAT school carnival game (booth) ideas. I am co-chair for elementary school carnival (first time) and need help as the carnival is March 24 and I am stumped!!!!

Im only 17 and when i had my baby my mother made me give it up. it wasnt that bad, b/c my mother friends took him. i see him all the time but now i want him back. what should i do!

ok, so i want more details.. none seem to cover this.. i have a toddler that can climb 'into his crib'... he is capable of climbing out im sure (a he climbs shelves in the house) but he doesnt climb out of the crib so far..
im excited ti change him from a crib to toddler bed, but also weary of the work of keeping him in a toddler bed.... as he is the child that even though i will probably put up a baby gate.. he will stay up till four in the morning playing before sleeping in a bed.. if not confined...
Even though him crawling out of his bed might hurt,, i think iv seen him take worse tumbles about four times a day ( i have nick named him evil kenevil...lol)
So the fact that even though he can climb out, versus he hasnt so far, and even if he does...
against trying to get him to stay un bed and things like night time wondering..( he can pull out the electric safetys plugs and all..)
i think i should just wait as long as i can.... but we are both so excited

For me: when relatives or sometimes friends visit for the first time since the baby was born and all of a sudden want to tell me how to do things their way. I know some may be trying to help, but it's overbearingly annoying. I would like to do things my way and what works for me and my child. I just want people to relax when they visit and love on the baby, not dictate and analyze every move I make. Any annoyances for you new moms?

this is actually my son's name. last name is Hyland.
I've seen people stomp names just because they are different. But c'mon people! Different is good.
The other name is my daughter's real name. Both names have alot of meaning behind them.
I wanted to see how many people would cut them down just because it wasn't a Jason or Jennifer choosen.

My girlfriend has been on birth control for a month and the other day we were messing around and had maybe 30 seconds of unprotected sex, yes I know that was very stupid of us and we stopped once we realized what we were doing but I am very nervous about this. My son has 8 teeth and I have noticed him jamming his hands into his mouth and tugging his ears. He is a great baby, but for the past two weeks he has been so cranky and throwing his food on the floor, screaming, etc. I know babies do this as they get older, but it is out of control. He just go over an ear infection and I will make another appt tomorrow at the Dr office to make sure the infection did not come back since he is tugging his ears and shaking his head often even though he is not running a fever. He does not want to go to sleep. I tried putting him to bed, but he will scream for almost an hour until I pick him up. I am trying very hard not to yell or scream, because he is a baby, but his temper is out of control. I do not know anyone else who has had these problems with their 1 yr old. I feel like the only one. Has anyone ever experienced these types of symptoms with their child during teething? I don't know what else to do.

I had unprotected sex on the 31st of december which was the best time for me to get preg. 2 days after sex i just felt weird like i was fixen to start now a week before my period is due my stomach still feels weird and i have a light pinkish discharge when i go to the bathroom it lasted just for 2 days. Well I just wanted to know. I am 40 weeks pregnant and I am hoping that I do not have to get my water to break my a doctor because I dont know what to expect. My Due Date is January 10!!! Ok sorry for all the details but I have to explain... on the 31st I had sex with my bf, and after he ejaculated he reached down to get the condom and realized it fell off. He said he "thought" it was on when he came, but didnt know 100% sure. When I went to the bathroom I had to pee and I seen what I thought to be ejaculation (white, but not thick) in the toilet, but I dont know if that was him of just some fluids from me... I'm not on birth control, and I didnt take the 72 hr pill, I counted the days from my last period (which was 9 days) and I think that is when a woman ovulates (not sure). Now I am nauseas, tired, thirsty (drinking water) and peeing a little more than normal and feeling slight pressure about 2-3 inches to the right under my belly button... I am thinking I may be thinking/worrying too much that I could be pregnant, but I dont start until next weekend so I cant take a test... do you think I am just worrying to much about it, or do you think I am pregnant?

OK, this is our third child. My wife was 10 days late on the first, 8 days late on the second. We are now expecting #3 and she is 4 days past due. This time, she has HAD IT and both of us would like nothing more than to have this baby RIGHT NOW. What can we do to speed along the process???
