Well, my mom was 2 months pregnant before her urine test showed up positive, but a blood test showed sooner. If you're having any nausea or othere symptoms call an ob/gyn and get a blood test. But on the other hand, if you've been really really stressed lately you may just be late, that will mess up your cycle.

Hello, I'm currently going through school about this, (going for gynocology) and i've come upon some people in your same situation.

While the possibility is there (very slim) and it's not entire impossible. I belive that this is not the case. There are alot of factors that go into determining your cycle. And as the others have said, stress is a big factor.

Stress can slow down, stop, or even speed up a cycle. The hormones released from stress have many side effects. They can range from insomnia, to losing weight, to even affecting your menstural (i know spelled wrong) cycle.

Another thing that could be interferring is if you're taking any kind of pill for preventing pregnancy. Or any kind of drug to be completely honest. There are several over the counter drugs that could be the culprit, or even prescribed meds.

I suggest you go and visit a gynecologist, or if you can't, your family doctor. They would be able to diagnose this much better with blood tests, and other such types of diagnosing techniques.

Hang in there, and just be sure to consult a physician. There is no harm in being absolutely positive. And they can also help you with any questions you may have about your body, and your reproductive functions.

Hope all goes well for you.

The urine test these days are pretty darn accurate but I must admit that there are some women who do not show up as pregnant. 21 days is not a lot to be frank and as your other friends have pointed out there is a lot of things that could be delaying your period. One thing is a case of pseudocyesis or medically "False Pregnancy." the website below has some stuff on it and Google and Yahoo search has even more... Good luck what ever happens.

It's more possible that you're 9 days early. It takes more than just 6 home tests to get pregnant.

Could be try a different brand of test, but you could also be stressing yourself out by thinking you are and not have a cycle too. Best way when in dought is to have the docs run a blood test.

till you in consumer-friendly words extremely favor to understand as we communicate, there's no consider speeding off to the healthcare professional this early if each little thing looks commonplace. I consider those that say wait some days. It takes a lengthy time period for the HCG to construction up contained in the device (meant to double each 40 8 hours) This early, there received't be adequate to take position. you're completely justified in searching for solutions...too early for a healthcare professional, yet i'll work out the way it may make you loopy! basically carry close in there.

There are such things as "false negatives" in pregnancy tests, but the certainly don't happen very often. My advice? Put your fears (or excitement!) to rest, and see your doctor. If you aren't pregnant, he or she might be able to offer some advice on why you are late, and how to prevent it from happening again.

It's possible that you could be pregnant & your hormone levels are too low to register however, it is very unlikely. Have a blood hormone test done by your doctor asap.
