I love Chaston Shaye for a boy, but everyone else (including my hubby) hates it.

Can't say I sit around making lists of unusual names...I only take note of names I actually like, regardless of whether they are "unusual or unique". Take a look through some of the questions people ask about baby names they've thought of...you're bound to find lots of weird ones on here.

I am set on Kyah for a boy, my friends just named their son Zarvi which is so cute and unusual and I like Shyla, Skyla or asha for unusual girls names.

My sons name is Kaylin - I've only met one other guy with the same name and he now goes by the nickname Kai which I also love.

These days there aren't any unusual names. People name thier kids anything... if you want unusal names look for what famous people name thier kids. Apple, Blanket, Jet Piliot, Ect.
