My wife came up positive on a home pregnancy test. I am a contractor with no health insurance. I probably make too much for medicaid, but don't make enough (after monthly bills) to pay for continued dr visits, or delivery of a baby. What options do I have (abortion is not an option). Or what local gov't office will be able to tell me what options I have (I live in TX). How much would prenatal visits and a delivery cost anyway?

Hi I'm 20 years old and my period is very regular and always comes right on time. Well me and my boyfriend had unprocted sex last month right before my period, but than my period came a day after we had sex and it only lasted for 3 days. It wasn't heavy but it wasn't light either it was just normal i guess but it was only 3 days. My boyfriend and i both thought this was strange. Anyway this month i'm about 4 days late which isnt normal for me and i'm experiencing cramping like if i'm going to get my period but it wont come.

I have pms like symptoms, alot of cramping, and my stomach is alittle bloated, but my period wont come. Usually when i get cramps my period comes the next day, this time its just not here. I think i might be pregnant, but i dont feel pregnant. I'm so confused. I'm not ready for a baby right now and i'm alittle scared. Could i be pregnant? Has anybody out there had cramps but no period and than found out that they were pregnant? Help please. I'm very confused.

he was walking at 10 months and he talks very clearly, is he advanced or is this just normal? he'l be 2 in a few months. Any comments on this will be helpful and appreciated thank you.

Hi, my sisters getting married.... I am trying to find a dress for her wedding. I am 5 months pregnant and am plus sized. Does anyone know any good websites that have plus size dresses on them? So far, I've been to walmart.com, motherhood maternity.com, target.com, old navy.com, fashion bug.com and jcpenney.com... With no luck- they have some dresses but they are all black. is correct? That 3rd world mothers with no food don't stimulate their kids with toys so the kids are mental? My mom says it is usually a white person w/no kids or someone w/no kids who says this. She says the most of them are unmarried too who say this.

I ovulated approx 9 days ago (we had sex the day before ovulation and the early morning of), since then I have had nausea, severe abdominal cramping, diarreha, headaches, leg pain and frequent urination. Are these signs of pregnany or the flu? I am due for my period on 1/12/07....can I take a test now?

I recently had a miscarriage on Dec. 2 ending in a natural m.c. not a D&C. We waited 2 weeks and had sex again a few times. I took a pregnancy test then to confirm that the hormones had lowered to an undetectable level so if I did get pregnant the tests later on would be right. The day before yesterday I took two tests that said I was pregnant again. Since I dont know when I ovulated I dont know how far along I am. Thanks for any advice!

Is this normal?weird period?
for awhile now i would have my period for about 3 or 4 days.cramping the first day that it started.then on the 4th day it would all stop.the next day it would start again the bleeding for about 1 or 2 hours or heavier cramping than my first day.is that normal?

this month it didn't happen.i had my period for 4 days with one day of cramping and it totally stopped on the 4th day

My teenage daughter is a very smart young girl, and I believe that it is for that reason that she has begun to question her beliefs. She reccently told me that she is starting to lose her faith in God, and that she's started to be more interested in all of the scientific discoveries that have occured over the years that, as she puts it, make much more sense and scientific backing than the Bible.

I really do not know what to do in this situation. I do not want my daughter to become an atheist, especially at such an early stage in life.

What should I do?

I'm looking after a little girl, who mother is deployed with the Army. She is an angry little girl with a bad attitude toward authority. She has little trust and little respect. She whines about everything, and wants constant attention. I wish I could help her feel more positive about life.

My 16 month daughter has always had a wide range of foods and loved fruits, eggs, sandwiches, dinners and basically everything we offered her she would eat. Now over the past couple of weeks she seems to have gone off food altogether she won't eat things that she loved before and she will eat her meals very slowly and with encouragement whereas before she would really enjoy eating. I have never offered her sugary or junk foods and I'm not going to start. Shes not ill just the same as usual so I don't understand why she has suddenly gone off food

I usually try to trust a doctor's advice for the most part, but there are some things that my daughter's pediatrician has suggested that I'm questioning. What do you think of this?

1.) My daughter is only 4 mo. old. The doctor advised us to feed her rice cereal (as much as she wants) twice a day. I think this is too much to give her right off since her little system is having a hard time digesting it. I mentioned that, and she said, "She'll get used to it."

2. I asked her about when to take her pacificer away and she said, "Let her have it for at least 18 months." I think this is waaay too long, but she said she needs to suck it until all of her teeth come in.

3. She wants us to start jarred foods at 5 months and only wants us to wait two days between introducing the next food. For example, carrots for two days, sweet potatoes for two days, etc. I thought you were supposed to wait at least 5 days between foods to make sure there is no allergic reaction.

Im 20 weeks and going for my scan on Wednesday. Everyone seems to get so excited about this particular scan, bit I'm feeling nervous, not excitement. I can't help but worry a little that it is going to show some deformalities or something horrible. Did anyone else feel like this before their scan?

Is spongebob not good for a 3 yr old?. I love him watching sponge bob- he seems to enjoy the show himself. We even dance the sponge bob song when it comes up. We go around the room.

But...

Family have said, that some shows are acted as for GAY- which I have seen that.

Doctor saids- Spongebob is too voliet for children.

In the show Dora the Explorer there is a song everytime The Map comes up - the lyrics are "If there's a place you want to go, I'm the one you need to know, I'm the map...I'm the map, I'm the map, I'm the map...."
