As long as there is no nut allergies in your family, it's fine any time over 1 year old. Just make sure it's the ONLY new thing they have to pinpoint for allergy reactions. I also would be nearby if you give it to him.

i think it is ok for a young baby learning to feed themselves with finger foods is a good time to give them these. my daughter is now 3 years old and when she was learning to feed herself as a baby we usually gave her plan cheerios, but occassionally i would give her the honey nut cheerios and she loved them. she still likes the honey nut better. it is all about personal preferences here. you need to to make the final decision about what is ok for your child to have and what is not and when to start introducing new things. your the parent and you will know when you feel ready to give you little one different things. and don't let anyone else tell you what to do if you don't feel comfortable with it. good luck!

Healthy finger food. If you are afraid of allergies just try regular Cheerios.

you're probably scard of them getting an alergic reaction to the nuts but I don't think there would be enough in them to even do anything, we gave our son them the same time he was eating regular cherrios, he doesn't get them all the time but its a nice switch you know.
