Yes it is possible that you miscarry your baby and you doesn't regognise at all. It's called SILENT ABORTION. I was pregnant, but at 11 weeks pregnant, I still had ALL the symptoms of pregnancy, all I saw a yellowish discharge which at gynae told me it's natural. The baby died at 8 weeks. i realised that was dead at 11 weeks pregnancy. They didn't even realised that the baby was dead when at 9 weeks, I took an ultrasound !!!! Weird isn' it ?

Yes there is a minor possibility, but usually what happens is that the woman has a strong menses which is thought to be a miscarriage. Usually miscarriages contain pieces of tissue not just clotted blood.

Wish you good health.

Yes, the clinical term is "Chemical Pregnancy" - that is, the pregnancy was (or could have been) detected by a home pregnancy test, but shortly thereafter at the time of or a few days after your period is due it comes much more heavily.

It is possible, but MORE than likely, if there is even the faintest cramping, and GOOD observations of your urination and or bloody discharge, you will see clumping.
