Did you have sex recently? Its normal for you to have some spotting for the day or two after, since its common for the cervix to be irritated by his penis.
Generally spotting like you're suggesting isnt a concern, but it still should be brought to your caregivers attention. The office might be closed, but there is always someone on call 24 hours a day. Call the office and see if there is a pager number, or an answering service that can have the doctor or a nurse call you.
If for some reason there isnt an on call number, first, call the ER and let them know, and then get a new doctor. Not being accessable to your pregnant patients is not an option as a OB or midwife. Its against practice.

Wait until your doctor's office is open and then call. I don't think it is something to worry about right now, but you do want to talk to your doctor on Monday just in case.

Do you have HPV, did you recently have intercourse?
