consistently Infinity. they look rather high priced yet your daughter will hardly observe that she is wearing it because of the fact of certainty they are great skinny. don't be fooled by potential of ability of the holes in them the two. It surely keeps the pad from smelling. i ought to think of of this could be an extra bonus because of the fact of certainty the performed thought-approximately having to regulate a pad (or tampon) is going to be type new on your daughter. For the people who suggested that's extra good to regulate to tampons, that may not surely. a ordinary era is an fairly complicated experience in a youthful woman's existence. making a change to tampons is surely somewhat difficulty-unfastened each and every time the female is able to.

Tampons do not ruin the internal anatomy of a girl's body. She will not some how be spoiled or any less virgin because she's using a tampon.

She will be most comfortable wearing ones with a plastic (NOT CARDBOARD) applicator, and a slimfit style. Theyre made especially for the smaller anatomy of teens.

It takes some time to get used to wearing them, and to insert them correctly. Encourage her to relax, and to wear a thin pad for a while until she gets the hang of it.

Another alternative is new slim pad. Theyre more absorbent than the big bulky ones, and they dont show up under your clothes. Stayfree is an excellent brand.

Some times as mothers you just get stuck on the one brand and style of pad that you have always worn since your early years, and you dont realize that technology has provided us with great new options in feminine hygiene products.

The Junior tampons are usually quite comfortable for young women to use. If she thinks tampons are a good idea, Tampax has a lot of information available (and free samples!). Go over the materials together (even if one of you feels a little uncomfortable you need to know that she understands how to use tampons) A period should never be embarrassing.

let her try them - I personnally hates towels. I used tampons at 12.
If you feel comforatable explain how to use and get her a big box of the little ones to try. Don't make a big thing about it or it might embarrass her.
She may not get one with them and may need a lttle towel to use to to be on the safe side.
I would expalin about toxic shock too
Its great she can talk to you about it, you must have a good relashionship and be a great mum x

No shes not too young. Let her choose what she wants to use for sanitary protection, just help her out when the two of you go and buy them. You should be glad that shes even discussing this with you!

If she is responsible enough to change them as directed than yes. Just be sure she uses lowest absorbancy, does not take it out immediately after class if it is still dry (this can cause small tears which increase the chance of infection. But removes it within 4 hours (8 hours overnight if necessary).

If she is having her period at such a young age, it can be embarrassing by itself. If she is uncomfortable using a pad, then let her use tampons. Tampons don't rob one of their virginity as some people think they do. I think that you should without a doubt allow her to and make sure you sit down and talk to her about it. It's wonderful when a mother and daughter are close enough to talk about such intimate things. Good luck!

If she's comfortable with it then no; I would point out to her the necessity of remembering to change them regularly and the dangers with not doing so. After all it's hard enough being an adult and remembering when you put the last one in! I have to write it down even now!..
