my baby is 4 months and he wont and has never had a dummy. has this happend to anyone else?? any other baby seems to have a dummy and it keeps them quiet for a while.. he feeds well and talks and smiles but he keeps chewing his fingers and putting his fist in his mouth. i feel a dummy would help him but he wont take one. anyone in my situation?? just being nosy xx

Just wondering if the babies father has to be present for his name to be on the birth certificate. As he wants nothing to do with the baby. But i wanted his name on the certificate.

I'm 8 weeks. For about the past 3 weeks I am remembering my dreams every night. They are about different things not just being pregnant. Only a couple have been about pregnancy. I actually dreamed that I saw a little girl that was mine. She was about 1 1/2. Weird cause I think it's a boy. Is anyone else dreaming alot?

i am on birth control now, my period should come tomorrow and i should be starting my new pack of bc next sunday so im planning on not starting the new pack and then trying to get pregnant. Since i was on bc this month is it going to be a while before i can get pregnant or should i be able to next month if we have sex on the right days. Does bc prevent pregnancy even after you've stopped taking the pill?

Well I am 38 weeks, that what the Dr say and my baby's head is turn up right, so his back is against my back and he hasn't dropped all the way because of this. I am about 4 1/2 almost 5 centimeters and having contractions everyday. Dr already stripped my membranes and now I have another appointment tomorrow to see if I have dilated anymore and that's it, Dr didn't really say he was going to induce but he said we'll say the word induce out loud and see if that scares the baby in to doming out. Does anyone have advice on what I should be doing to get this baby out, because as of the last ultrasound he was almost 7 pounds and that was over a month ago. Thanks for any answers it helps, I am a first time mom and it really helps, thanks!

when you can just write on a piece of paper what not to do and what to do in case of an emergancie. whats wrong with that writting stuff down on a piece of paper. like rules of house. dont touch stuff. certain stuff is offlimits. so why dont parents leave there little kids alone when they can write all that stuff on paper. the kids will be fine as long as they write down stuff on a paper

My girls and I cna have fun doing anything but my favorite is when we drive somewhere. I turn the radio up everytime we get in the car. I sing; they dance in their carseats...lol. They love pop music so everytime one of their songs come on, I know I'm in for some entertainment. So, what's the most enjoyable thing you do with your children?

My 13 yr old cousin ran away last February. She was told by social workers that as was 13 she cud live where she wanted. She has ran away from about 8 places in 12 months. None of them were care homes only 1 was a foster home. All others were friends and relatives. She was having sex with 5 or more lads at a time in the park, drinking an doing drugs. She was completely out of controll, as the social workers and the police didn't seem to be bothered. The social workers allowed her to stay at a house which was known to use drugs and the woman was unstable herself and My cousin sed she didn't want to be there as she was being abused n black mailed. We are not allowed any where ear the house as the woman tuk an injuction out on my cousins mom n family. It all came to a head christmas eve when she went out and was raped. She is now back home and doesn't talk or want to go out. She doesn't want to go to skool cuz every1'll be talking about her. Social workers are a waste space in my opinion

My 11-month-old has lost interest in the bottle. He takes 8 ounces at breakfast but I'm lucky to get another 10 in him all day long, offering 3 more bottles. I always offer him water or juice at meals but he's not too interested in that either. I'm afraid he may get dehydrated and that he's not getting the right nutrition. Should I go ahead and move him to milk? Any other suggestions?

Friday morning I started spotting. Its not red, its light brown. I called the doctor and they said If i started to cramp up to come in and get checked out. No cramping, but I am still spotting. I am a nervous wreck. Should I be worried? like I said its not red blood, and its not enough to wear a panty liner, I only notice it when I wipe after i pee.

my nephew is almost 14yrs old and he still wets on the bed ...is there something wrong with him? my sis took him to a urologist and he didn't find nothing wrong...but in the sono did find a very small cyst in one of the kidneys 2yrs ago she is supposed to take him bk for follow up ...she was a bit worried but he says it's normal in some males...he is very thing and barely drinks anything before bedtime...he barely drinks liquids...she is concerned does anyone have similar problem? it is embarrassing for him.

It's almost like terrible two's- my boyfriend says....
