Friday morning I started spotting. Its not red, its light brown. I called the doctor and they said If i started to cramp up to come in and get checked out. No cramping, but I am still spotting. I am a nervous wreck. Should I be worried? like I said its not red blood, and its not enough to wear a panty liner, I only notice it when I wipe after i pee.

i would say it is probably you still cleaning out after your last period . Just probably old blood . If you start to cramp call them asap . If you start to itch or if it hurts to pee or have sex also call this could be an infection . Just watch it real close . If it continues more then 7 days go have it checked . I am sure your Doctor would be more then willing to check it out .

I had the same thing happen to me in the beginning of my pregnancy and i was very scared every time (it happened once a month for the first 3 months). My dr always told me that brown was better because it was a sign of old blood. Spotting can be completely normal for some women as long as there is no cramping or severe bleeding. I at one time did even experience some cramping and i am now 31 weeks with everything going great! Just realx and keep an eye on it. If it continues i would go in for peace of mind, b ut i am sure that everything will be just fine! Being pregnant can be very scary at times :)

U could have a urinary tract infection or could be some spotting that has no cause. I am 10 weeks pregnant and when i was 6 weeks I spotted light red/pink for 2 weeks..they never found the cause and my baby is fine..the spotting stopped after strict bed rest for 2 more weeks. Sometimes we bleed a little and they never find a cause for these things, some peopl think its because our cervix gets engorged with blood and any kind of exercise or light activity can cause bleeding. others think its the hormones..who really knows. As long as its not red and your not cramping then u should be fine..for the time being though i would suggest staying off of your feet and lying on your sofa or bed for a few days..no sex,no activity at all. The bleeding should stop if its nothing serious..Good Luck!

how far along are you? is this your first pregnancy? these are important questions. see my first pregnancy i had spotting and no cramping and found out i was pregnant. i lost the baby 4 weeks later though. (stress) my second pregnancy i had spotting (bleeding) and he is now 18 months old. we are trying now and i have all the symptoms but i was bleeding last week. so it all depends. you could be ok but prepare your self in case. good luck and see a doctor for your own peace of mind.

I had the exact same thing last week. I panicked. When I saw the doctor he said that the most probable reason is implantation bleeding. The baby implants itself in your uterus and your blood vessels aren't strong enough to hold it and they burst. That's absolutely nothing to worry about. Another reason could be that your blood type is RH negative which you would then need a shot and you'll be fine. The last and least probable is that your progesterone level is low which is dangerous for the baby. It's most likey implantation bleeding and nothing to worry about.

Good luck!!

if you are still spotting tomorrow morning, call the doctor again
I also spotted with my first child
In many woman it is normal
but I can understand your concern and I think that you should call and see if your doctor could get you in for a quick physical, just to put your mind at ease, he/she should understand your concern

I think you need to get a 2nd opinion. You may have some kind of infection or something. I am not a medical specialist or anything but that doesn't sound normal to me.
