Please answer only if you have experience. I am pregnant with my second child, and would like to avoid an epidural, but I was induced with my first one, and the pain was unimaginable. I wonder if I'm not induced this time if the pain will be more bearable. I have a fairly normal pain tolerance.

Last week I asked how to get my parents to deal with me dating a guy the is black and I am white. We have been dating a while and we decided we wanted to start a family. We are both finacially stable and he is 33 I am 19. Yea big age difference but we are tremendously happy. We found out that I am pregnant this morning. I have been eatting different, waking up at 4 restless and nauseated. Question is should I stress becasue of my parents? Or should I be happy because this is what I wanted and his family will be trilled? I should still want my family behind me right? We are going to tell them at x-mas.

I got home from work last night. My daughters room was a mess, she was told to clean a zillion times, so i finally had enough. I was emptying her garbage out when I noticed that there were box cutting razor with dry blood on them aswell as bloody towels. I am on medication for a health problem, but the medication somehow grew legs and walked away from the cabinet?......i am a single parent and have absolutly no idea what to do...any ideas?

I live in Ohio and its very cold and snowy, but my son gets so bored if he has to be in the house all day. I dont know what we can do to pass time. We play with play doh and he has a tent that he gets in but it seems like nothing keeps his attention for more than 5 minutes at a time. I dont know what to do, any suggestions? thank you!

I am 21 weeks pregnant, and i cant relax. I worry about every little thing. I am moving at the weekend so i know that doesn't help my stress levels. I had a scan at 20 weeks, but i have to go for another one on Monday and i am really worried something may be wrong with the baby. I am scared that i won't be able to look after the baby properly when its born. I worry that i cant feel the baby move enough. I just cant stop thinking about things that could go wrong.
I was wondering if anybody has any tips to relax. I know that worrying and stressing out is exactly the thing that i shouldn't be doing at the moment but i cant help it.

I am a 24 year old dad, and a have a 2 year old son who I have midweek and at weekends. I work part-time due to illness, but rent a council property. As I regularly have him overnight, I just wondered whether father's, in general, have the right to seek a 2 bedroom property, where it concerns the child's best interest?

I was wondering if it is possible to ovulate and never see any egg white cervical mucus? Has this happened to anyone? Did you get pregnant when this happened?

Please answer only if you are kind and actually have something intelligent to say. Thank you!

She's a wonderful girl, very good student, has never hurt me or done something bad, just those normal minors faults. She treats me and my hubby with love. But she goes out to much, it's hard to find time to talk with her, hard to get qualty time. She has many activities, takes part in voluteering activities, swims, a lot of things. Sometimes I miss her so much and since I have a job, things are even more difficult. Well, last weekend my hubby was on a trip, I was feeling lonely so I grounded her just to have her with me. I didn't let her go out, friends just for 1 hour Saturday and Sunday. She asked me What did I do to be grounded???, I just said, well you, you...wel Im your mom and have the right to ground you hun, but don't worry, I'll treat you with all my love. She didnt enjoy her grounding, but at least we finally could talk, I had a wonderful weekend. She just sighed in resignation, made no fuss. It was just a grounding, not a punishment, but she's a bit confused.

I have an 8 year old son, and for those that helped with my 5 year old question thanks! I am coming up to a head with another issue!

I have a problem with his clothing and what he insists on wearing. He has a fair to middlin' warddrobe and to purchase lots more clothing to his desire and liking is not a possibility right now.

You see he insists on wearing the same clothes every day. He is really into dress shirts, which at his age I think is neat, but he wears the same shirt 2 sometimes three days in a row, or at least he tries to.

I have made it clear to him that this is poor hygiene and there is a rule he cant wear them, his clothes are dirty when he comes home every day. The big problem is he flips out about this every day. Says he's going to run away from home and that I "hate" him because I wont let him wear the same clothes every. I'm firm with my rules about it and just recently i decided for a few days i'd help him pick out clothes. its not helping at all. Hints?

My five year old son has recently developed a fear of the sounds the heater makes. It is a very loud ticking and banging noise. I don't have a backup plan and I live in Maine, so the need for heat is definite. I also live in an apartment, so the moral is that he is going to have to find a way to accept and deal with the sounds.

Problem is I have hardly carried a wink of sleep and I am getting very frustrated at this point. Any suggestions on how to handle this situation? I am a parent of 4 children (2) five year olds (1) 8 year old and an 8 month old baby, and consider myself a good father, but a good father always asks for advice ;)

What would you do?
I'm talking about no proof but bruises (which can be claimed from other activities, like, falling off a skatebord, etc)

Is any one else having this problem? Two boys and they want the same EXACT things (mostly my 3 yr old really). So my husband & I have to get them the same toys so they don't freak out on what the other gets! ANNOYING! We did get them a few different things but I just know there will be crying by my 3 year old. Just venting - I guess.
