How effective is Encare?

Is it safe to use by itself? What are the risk of pregnancy percentages? Anybody know? Thanx :)

Encare is very safe to use by itself I use it all the time and no baby. But the only thing is that if he does his thing in you it will leak back out I have to sit on a towel afterwards.
