Animal Game: Give the adult animal and people have to give the name of the baby like dog is puppy, frog is tadpole etc.
Bootie Toss: Have all guests stand in a circle. As the bootie gets tossed from guest to guest in no particular order each guest that catches the bootie has to name an item that a baby needs. Answers cannot be repeated. Only 5 seconds to think of something, if can't name they are out. The last one standing wins.
Baby socks matching game: In the center of the room, place a pile of separated 10- 15 pairs of baby socks (solids, patterns, different sized). Each guest gets 10 seconds to match them. The guest with most pairs of matching socks wins a prize.
Candy Bar Game: Buy up following candy/candy bars and hide them in a paper bag. Make a list of the clues and the candy/candy bars that the clues pertain to. Starts down the list asking guest/guests to guess which candy you are referring to after the clue has been given. A correct guess wins the candy bar. Hospital Bill: 100 grand and/or college fund: 100 grand. Time alone: zero. Lull-a-byes: symphony. Diapers, Formula, Medicine: Payday. First year of parenthood: Rocky Road. Dirty Laundry: mounds. Night of conception: Skor. Hospital Nursery: Sugar Babies. Breast Feeding: Milky Way. Contractions: Whoppers. Twins: Twix. Grandparents: Lifesavers. Boys' names: Mike and Ike. Father: Sugar Daddy. Wet Baby's face with these: Kisses. Girls' name: Baby Ruth.
Next mom-to-be: Traditions says whoever brought the seventh gift opened at a baby shower will be the next to get pregnant, I made a badge with a picture of a pregnant woman and the caption "I'm next" for her to wear.
Make a list of TV sitcoms like Wonder Years, Bewitched, Walton's, Family Ties, the Nanny, Brady Bunch, and many more. Beside the name of the show, list the number of children's names needed. At the bottom of the page right the names of the children characters to choose from. Play in teams of two or three.
Celebrity Babies: Each guest is given a list of celebrity moms on the left, and a list of names on the right. Match the celebrity mom to the name of her baby/child. EX: Madonna would be matched to Lourdes and Rocco. Whoever wins the most correctly wins.
Guess the Baby powder and Baby formula (Materials: Ten different types of powder like sugar, baking soda, baking powder, flour, laundry detergent, pancake mix, baby powder, powdered baby formula, powdered sugar as well as 10 zip lock bags, paper and pens). Number the bags 1-however many you have containing the white powder. all of the baby shower guests pass the bags around writing down on a piece of paper what they thought the white stuff was. Make sure to write down the actual powders before handing them out.
There that's enough but there are many more.

I have done such as "name the mother"- you type a list of TV sitcoms such as "Leave it to Beaver", "Growing Pains", etc and the people have to write down who the "Mother" was on the show. I have also done the game where you have the guests tear toilet paper off a roll and see who gets the piece that is closest to fitting around the expectant mothers belly (this only works if the shower is before the baby is born). We have done the game where you put several baby items on a tray and let the guests have 30 seconds to look at the tray-then take the tray away and see who can remember the most items that were on the tray. Hope this helps some!

Guess the baby food - take the labels off of the jars, number them, and have guests either guess by sight or make them taste it!
Guess the number of M&M's in the baby bottle
Measure the belly game - pass around a ball of yarn, have guests cut of the length that they think would fit around the Mom to be's waist.
Baby tray game - put 20 or so baby items on a tray, pass it around, and let guests study it for a short time, then take it away and have them try to list as many items as they can. OR, for a twist, have them inspect the tray, and while they're doing that, send the mom to be out of the room, and hide the tray, but ask them to remember as much as they can about what the mom to be is wearing!
Baby related word scramble or find-a-word
Have them draw a baby on a piece of paper while it is placed on top of their heads - have mom to be judge.
Drink the soda from the baby bottle game - see who can finish first.
Blindfold guests and have them scoop cotton balls with a spoon into a bowl or have them diaper a baby doll while blindfolded...see who can accomplish it first.

What a great subject!!!! These are a few of the games that we played at my baby shower :
Baby Scrabble : you take a bunch of words that have to do with a baby and you sramble them up and have your guests figure them out. ( EXAMPLE : tolbte = bottle, or idarep = diaper )
Baby Food game : you take the labels off a few jars of baby food ( but make some kind of marking so you know what they are ) and pass them around and your guests need to figure out What kind of food it is .
Pacifer Game : you make necklaces with pacifiers and each guest gets on. Anytime a guest says the word BABY, they lose their necklace to whomever catches the baby word slip up. The person with the most necklaces wins.
Baby Memory : You take baby items and place them on a tray. You show the tray to your guests for about 5 minutes, then you remove the tray. Your guests then have 5 minutes to write down everything that was on the tray that they remember seeing.
These were just a few games that I had at my shower, I hope that if you choose to use them you and your guest have a blast with them. Enjoy !!!!!!

Don't Say The B-Word!
Give each guest a pin, necklace, or trinket as the enter the shower. Tell them that they cannot say baby. If someone hears another guest say baby, they can take their pin, necklace, etc. The person with the most at the end of the shower wins the prize.
Night of Conception
As the mother to be is opening her gifts have someone wright down everything she says that might be perceived as sexual. example: ooohh, ahhh. that's perfect. after every gift is opened, the person writing tells everyone, "little did you know, this is what was said in the bedroom 9 months ago..." My mom did this to me, and I was sooo embarrassed.

my sister cut out blue and pink foam feet. Had weight, if the baby has hair or if it's a boy or girl. And everyone at the party fills them out. Who ever is the closest wins.
She bought baby jars and tore the labels off of them and had the guest try to guess what they were.
Also she wrote down baby things and a price list for all of them. And she had the guest try to pick the right price the closest one won. Kinda like the price is right.
Good luck!

We play a dirty diaper game similar to the first game listed. We, however used different kinds of things in the baby diaper (mustard, salsa, different baby foods, etc) and the person guessing what was in the diaper must do so with their eyes closed -- by smelling. That one was always a hit!

Have a tree decorated with different baby items and remove the tree during the party... then hand out papers and have the people identify the as many items as possible. Leave the tree on the gift table and remove it shortly after all the guests have had an opportunity to view it. It's simple fun and easy. Sometimes people add to their invitations to bring a small baby item to help decorate the tree. As people add their item to the tree they view the other items. See who can remember the most items. :) Have fun and enjoy the little bundle of joy when it arrives!

Get some stuff cheap at walmart...say pacifiers, wipes, diapers, bottles, nipples, bibs, anything.
put one of each object into a brown paper bag. (make sure they're NOT scented...and if you're doing baby wipes, just put a baby wipe inside of a ziploc bag so it doesn't soak the paper bag.)
now pass the bags around and have people try to guess what each one is. the person that guessed the most right gets some prize (you pick)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
make a list of things that have to do with parenting and babies. (Johnson's baby oil, pacifiers, Huggies diapers, be specific! that makes the game even more fun =])
then get a whole bunch of magazines...parenting, newborn, infant, pregnancy. that sort of stuff. Make teams of three people. Give each team two magazines, a glue stick, scissors, and a piece of paper.
The teams then have to find all of the items on your list. They then have to cut out picture representatives from the magazines and glue them onto their piece of paper. The tem who gets the most items glued onto their piece of paper wins a prize.

the candy bar in the diaper game is a funny one
just buy several different kinds of candy bars and put each one in a different diaper... microwave it for a a bit and then gently smear it around so it looks like poo and then see if the guests can guess the kind of candy bar it is... the one who guesses the most right wins the babies prize and then of course they give it to the mother...it is fun and it makes people laugh.
