This is my second pregnancy and I cant seem to remember when the baby begins to hear you if you talk to it. I am 7 weeks pregnant and I know ears begin to develop now. Does that mean it can hear?

Every morning is a fight in our house. My 5 year old does not want to wear any kind of pants, socks, or shoes. She says they squeeze. There is not pattern to the type of material, type of pants, type of socks, etc, we've tried it all. She doesn't want the seam in the sock and I can't find seamless socks. I don't really want to have to spank her everyday to get her to get dressed but that's practially where we're about to be. anyone else go through this with their kids?

After what I thought was a strong relationship for over a year I became pregnant. My ex totally turned into another person. He told me to get an abortion and that he wasnt ready to be a father at such a young age. He left when I was 6 weeks pregnant so I have been doing this alone. I dont even have a way of contacting him other than yahoo i/m which he never answers me back. My daughter is now 6 months old and he has never laid eyes on her. In my eyes, it seems as if he doesnt want to be bothered by either of us and that is fine. I have reconnected with someone who loves me and my child and he is willing to raise her as his own. Could he just sign an AOP stating that he is the father? My daughter has her biological dad's last name. We just want to move on and never have any contact with the sperm donor or his family.

I am 19 and pregnant. We were engaged b4 we found out and still happily together. What should I expect along the way?? Is labor as bad as every1 says?? That's what scares me and he's like everything will be ok. Will life ever be the same for me again?? Will he still get to live alittle?? She doesn´t like ginger, the lemon smell does not help.
Ginger Ale meke har feel worst. She drinks gatorade to get back the minerals lost when trowing up.

Ok here I go I am 17 and I am pregnant and am a junior in highschool I just found out today I havent told my bf yet the bad part is my parents would prolly kick me out and school omg im already having a hard enough time now and my bf well hes 21 and i wont be 18 for a year and i dont have consent to have sex so he could get into trouble and im not ready for a baby yet i dont want to give it up yet i cant have an abortion without parents knowing and im so depressed right now i have these bad thoughts of suicide so does anyone have any advice for me and yea bad decision on my part to have sex im younger than him blah blah but i have been with him 3 years and love him to death and he loves me

My wife and I were trying to have a baby for almost a year. We finally got the phone call that said she was pregnant and she was so excited she cried for hours. She made a nursery out of our spare bedroom and even baby proofed the entire house. She miscarried yesterday and has fallen into a deep depression. I've tried to talk to her but I get little response. Any advice?

During my ivf cycle (7 weeks - long protocole) bleeding hapenend October 25 to 27. Retrieval was Nov 15 and transfer nov 17. When should I expect my period if ivf has failed? How do I know if the symptoms I am getting : swollen breasts, sometimes feverish (hotter in the stomach area), cramps during the day, different skin texture (in my face) is from the progesterone injections or estrace pills. I do not know if I am pregnant I will go for beta test tomorrow

Alot of people these days disagree with spanking their kids. Their excuse is always something along the lines of "you should respect your kids and not hit them". A few minutes ago I saw a question on here (the one about being beat with a belt) and alot of people answered that they got beat and spanked and NONE of them ever said "it sucked..I wish my parents would have respected me!" They were all thankful they got it because they knew they wouldn't have turned out as well as they did without it.

So my question is for the parents who don't spank: Obviously kids who were spanked didn't turn out bad and obviously they were thankful their parents disciplined them the way they did, that being said how come you still don't spank?
