During my ivf cycle (7 weeks - long protocole) bleeding hapenend October 25 to 27. Retrieval was Nov 15 and transfer nov 17. When should I expect my period if ivf has failed? How do I know if the symptoms I am getting : swollen breasts, sometimes feverish (hotter in the stomach area), cramps during the day, different skin texture (in my face) is from the progesterone injections or estrace pills. I do not know if I am pregnant I will go for beta test tomorrow

I have also just completed a cycle of ivf. I have heard that sometimes the periods don't start when they usually should, due to the hormone stimulating drugs we have been pumping into our systems. I think it takes awhile, to really get back to normal. I don't know if its a good sign now, that I am also getting the same kind of symptoms! Maybe its the progesterone, maybe its pregnancy. You will find out sooner than I will. I am thinking about taking a early detection pg. test. Its only because I am impatient. I wish you all the best, I know what you are going through, because I am going through the same thing.

The meds is probably messin your periods up and doing all them side effects.
Think twice and try to use condoms instead of drugs that could make u seriously sick in the long run.
