if you're asking about mixing cereal, I would go with warm.

If you are talking about infant cereal, then you want to use luke warm milk and add it in slowly, stirring as you go, till you get the consistancy that you want it at. Hope this helps!!!

mixing anything dry in luke warm liquids or in that case milk will result in forming lumps . always take a little liquid and powder and mix it with the whisker the one we use to whisk a egg. always whisk in one direction no lumps will be formed.

if your making a thickening for something, use cold milk, put the flour in a jar with a lid and shake it. If you don't have a jar, add the liquid slowly, don't' add the liquid all at one time.
I hope this helps, but I'm not really sure what you're asking

i assume this is in addition to your last question, about cereal. it is really your babies preference on warm or cold. if you warm all his bottles, he would probably prefer you to use warm formula when mixing with cereal. however, most babies really won't care.

you can use either but i would warm it up. and you just have to keep stirring it to get lumps out.
