I am surprised you have found a walker..here there are banned because of so many babies being left unattended and seriously hurt, or being left in them hours on end and there legs cramp up

please use caution with a walker...they can be SO dangerous

I would say the baby should be at least 7 months before in one tho..for a short item being in one.

U mean in a walker? Whenever they can balance their body enough to stay up maybe 6 months mayb 4 maybe 7 it just depends on your baby. But I really wouldnt use a walker very often to much time in a walker can cause yourbaby to turn their hips wrong actually delaying the walking milestone

I never put my daughter in a walker, walkers give them a false sense of security, I had one of the exersaucers, they can spin themselves around and learn to use their legs, strengthen them but the can't just go around your whole house getting into everything. Go to the links below and they will show you an idea of what I'm talking about and the last link tells you about hem and why you should chose these rather than a walker.

walkers are not recomended. They do strengthen the babies legs but they do nothing for their hips. You may want to try a johny jump up. they are very good. I find that babies like them more. You can put them in it as soon as they can hold their head up and sit up. about 4-6 months
