I am almost 37 weeks pregnant and I'm itching just about everywere...my hands, feet, face.....
I have had dry skin and this is not that, I have also tried lotion and coco butter..doesn't help....has anyone been through this and does anyone know why this is happening?

I am 22 weeks pregnant and I have been feeling nauseated by practically everything. Especially near garbage and in public bathrooms, they don't have to even stink I just get nauseated by the thought, and sometimes I throw up. Is this normal?

This is kind of confusing but bear with me:
I'm on the 28 day pill pack_ On Friday, I took the pill at the time I always do, 6:30 am. On Saturday I forgot to take the pill and had sex. I realized this Sunday morning, and I took the missed pill and Sunday's pill together at 6:30am. Later sunday, around 4:00pm I got my "period" (I'm not sure if it's my period, or just bleeding from missing and then taking the pill.) I want to know if I am pregnant, what is going on with my period, if I should continue to take the pills, or if I should start a new pack when this one finishes. Any useful information about my specific issue, really. Thanks.

There is a big gathering of my friends this afternoon, and there will be drinking. I don't plan to drink of course. My good good friend said she wanted to watch him and is excited about it. I am breastfeeding and have plenty of milk pumped and he drinks from the bottle and boob regularly, so that's not a problem. I will only be 2 blocks away. Is this right? Or just really selfish?

When my 7 month old daughter started to eat solids, she would sit just fine in her high chair, now she leans to one side. She still doesn't sit without support, which I thought she'd be doing at around 6 months of age.

The first time that I handed her a sippy cup, she held it with both hands and brought it to har mouth.... Now she won't even take the sippy cup!
And one other thing: she said a few words, like "hi", "yeah", "mama"... now she doesn't do it anymore.
Why is she doing these things? It's like she's taking steps back in her development, instead of forward. Do all babies act like this at some point and then catch up again, or should I be concerned?

Step-daughter is in Muslim family located in area that I just found 7 months ago, much to my horror still practices genital mutilation against women (and they remove the ENTIRE clitoris and labia). Husband had always said they didn't. Her physical proved they did. Father lived in the USA and visited them yrly for 10 yrs. In USA 05/2006. He works about 18 hrs per day however. Being the youngest (11) / only girl isn't easy. She's constantly interrupted and/or ignored (as am I and I'm an ADULT female) by all of the males in the house. I've advocated for she and I. I've intervened we sort of bonded. Exp: 15 yr old slapped her. She cried. I take away his gameboy, tell his father (who does nothing to him). But she won't speak to ME. Mumble replies to everyone else... but NO REPLIES to me. She's withdrawn for hours ignoring me totally (unless I get treats). Family says bio mom NEVER interviened. Trusted her boys to "handle" the girl. How would you deal with this? Husband says no counseling.

My husband and I have been trying to have our second child for almost a whole year. I had all of my periods this year except for August, October and November. I have been going to the bathroom every five seconds it seems like and my breasts are a little tender. I know this sounds bad but I am afraid to take a pregnancy test for the fear of it being negative. What do you think I should do?

At what age do you start letting a small child (boy, in my case) wipe himself after going #2 I know he will have to learn before he starts PK but its such a messy job, I just prefer to do it myself as long as I can to make sure he is clean (tushey AND hands) His parents are of little help!

after having a really stressful few years, relationship problems etc, i became seriously ill and moved in with my mum. I have a 15 year old son and im a single parent. The last 6 months have been horrendous and i ended up having heart surgery, i then went to stay with my partner but we were always rowing so i came back to my mums. In the meantime, i have recovered but suffer with bad depression. My partner and i are now working on things (we dont live together) as the strain of my illness was causing our rows. I have now decided it is time to go back to my own home but my son is saying its not what he wants. After the stress of recent years, i need a fresh start, i am returning to work and my relationship is back on track but my son is now saying he also hates me and doesnt want to go home. Im not sure how to deal with this as im still emotionally weak from the stress and im suffering post traumatic stress disorder. any advice would be welcome. thanks

I came of the pill around 18 months ago. I had a miscarriage and did not even realise i was pregnant so i decided to stop. Since then ive bought a house and married my long term partner (father of the miscarried baby) and we decided to start trying for a family. We have been trying for around a year with no joy however i think we may now have struck gold. I was ovulating from the 4th to the 8th of nov so my period should be due shortly although they are very irregular. However i have bin urinating a lot more this past 2 weeks and have also had very sore breasts got very greasy skin have bin burping a lot i no its very early to be experiencing anything. The only usual symptom of pms i get is a bloated tummy which i dont have. I have taken a hpt test and it was negative but im concerned i may have tested to soon. So do ya think i could be pregnant or am i just going crazy...... thanks in advance
