My wife and I are trying to conceive our first baby. She is 23 and I am 25. If she got pregnant now she would give birth one month before her 24th birthday. If it takes us a few months to conceive then she will be have her 24th before the baby is born.

Her mother thinks she should wait a few months and give birth when she is 24 instead of 23. She said 24 is a better age to be a mom. Oh yeah, her mom had her 1st kid at 19, so what the heck?

What difference does it make? What do you think about this situation? Do you think having a baby right before your 24th birthday is too young?

I mean, it seems that people either pick the most popular name (thus ensuring their child will be one of 4 emmas, or jacks, or hannahs, in their class), or they go the opposite way and make up a name that no one will ever be able to spell or pronounce. I guess I should be glad - my child with his traditional name will be the only one his age!

My ovulation day was on octuber 31th, and on november 4th, I was dry humping with my bf.
I was with my panties and pants, he was only with his undies, but tight undies, I don't know if he eyaculated or something, but all my clothes were dry, except of my panties that were a little wet and had a secretion, it was mine no?, so it's a stupid question, but I can't be pregnant no?

my pants were completely dry, and I noticed when he got a "excited" he was complaining because his undies were too tight, so I think he didn't have a complete erection (sorry to be too graphic)

oh and by the way we didn't touch each other our private parts with our hands, only through our clothes, and I barely touched his you now what, it was one time and with his shorts on.

I'm almost sure my ovulation day was on the 31th, because my last 4 periods have been very regular (28 days cycle) and last week I noticed a white secretion.

I think his is cutting a new tooth but I can't see it. I was able to feel a pointy type thing under his gums but there's nothing visible yet. He is crying a lot and I've tried everything from teething tablets to orajel. What can I do to comfort him? I've done the teething "toys" and I hate to see him in pain. He's also got a runny nose. Is that associated with teething? The mucus is clear so he doesn't have an infection, but his nose is stuffy and runny at the same time if that makes sense. What can I do to comfort him and is the runny/stuffy nose apart of teething?

I have a son who will be 2 next month, and he is being action a little different lately..I'mm pregnant (6months) and we just move to a different home.. But one week before the move he didn't want to sleep at his bed , he sleep in her sister's room in different beds.. We haven't had any problems before now he cries because he wants to sleep with me and not at her sister's, then we move & I thougth he was going to back on track but it was worst the first days we thougth it was the change but it has being almost 2 weeks and still he doesn't want to sleep alone what we do is wait for him to fall asleep and then move him to his bed , but now he doesn't want to stay at daycare either he has gone there for almost 2 yrs & had never cry before he loves his care providers and he wants now to spend more time with me like he wants more attention from me but I had never let him aside I treat both the same .. what can be wrong any help please!! don't know what to do??? hello, i had sex 8 days ago and i was ovulating that day. my boyfriend used a condom but i'm afraid that there's a possibility it may have split or something! 6 days later my nipples were tender when i touched them... last night my breast had a tingling feeling and my back was aching a little... also, last night i went to bed a lot earlier and overslept this morning! my period is due on the 19th! what could be wrong?

go into daycare for 2 days a week???
I am a stay home mom, but I dont know anyone with kids, and I want my son to get more social with other children.
HE thinks its a waste of money and that he doesnt need to go to daycare at all.
The things is we were at a playplace and our son pinched a lil girl, pulled a boy out of a play thing, and shoved another child...he is not normally around other kids at all.

We have been trying to get pregnant now for a while and I ovulated about a week ago. I expect my period in a few weeks. I have noticed that my breasts hurt really bad lately and normally they only hurt a few days before my period. Also, when I lay on my stomach I get sharp cramps in my uterus. Is that a sign of pregnancy or is it something else? I had an ultra sound about 6 months ago and they didnt find any cysts. This is the first time I have ever experienced this. Thankyou!

I'm just really confused how I could ovulate this early in my cycle (I just stopped bleeding and my cycle is usually 40-50 days long). I had a lot of EWCM, so I decided to test early, and both yesterday and today the LH Urine strip test came back positive for ovulation. Has anyone used one and had it be wrong? How acurate is this?

I had unprotected sex at exactly the time of suspected ovulation...my period is now 4 days late. I took a home test when i was 2 days late and it came up negative, but..i still havent gotten my period and i've started to feel nauseous several times a day. My husband's mother of his child and her husband are trying to adopt the child. My husband keeps in touch with her by phone and visits every once in a while ( we live in NJ and she in Colorado) and sends her gifts but they led the child to believe that her stepfather is the real father. There will be a trial for this, if my husband shows upa nd is fighting to not give her up for adoption can he lose, I mean doesn't he have to agree to it.
Just a side note, my husband has a clean record and has no problems that they could bring up like alcohol or drug, etc. He has 2 children with me and a mental health professional has even evaluated him and said he was fit (the court required both parents to do an evaluation or parenting class).
The only thing they could use against him is that he hadn't visited in two years, he called and sent gifts but he was financially unable to travel (it costs over $1200 for flight, hotel, car)
