First of all, don't listen to the person who said to drink beer before you pump. That is a bad idea. Don't want to give the baby the alcohol from the beer.
The best way to increase your milk supply is to either pump more, or breastfeed more. It takes a few days before your body understands that it needs to make more milk, so be patient. Just keep at it. Make sure you are pumping every 3 hours for at least 15 mins. That will up your milk supply. Keep taking prenatal vitamins, they help woman no matter if they are pregnant or not.
Make sure you are taking care of yourself. Try the pregnancy diet in "what to expect when you are expecting", but drop the calories by about 200 a day. That will give you what you need to keep your supply up.
Try to get enough sleep. That will help also.
The main thing is to pump more often, for a longer amount of time. Even if you aren't getting milk the whole time you pump, your body will get the message that it needs to make more.

My girlfriend's supply decreased when she was nervous and stressed. It increased when she was relaxed and calm and increased her fluid and caloric intake. Unfortunately, she was getting stressed about not having enough breast milk, and the supply shut off pretty quickly, so try not to worry about it and drink more fluids.

unfortunately pumping is not as efficient as breastfeeding so this tends to happen. Either put the baby to the breast or try taking Fenugreek (sp? at health food stores). There are also meds you can try...ask your doctor. I took meds with my son because I had trouble keeping my milk and it worked great for me. Good luck!

Sometimes the pump doesn't espress the milk very well, maybe you should try to nurse the baby more.

It's all about supply and demand. The more you pump the more you will produce.

Are you drinking enough fluids? Not doing so can easily cause a reduction in milk.
